Accoutrement Cooking Tours for 2012
NORMANDY 4th-11th June, 2012 Sue Jenkins and Belinda
Jeffery, chef and author of several highly acclaimed books
including Mix and Bake.
Belinda Jeffery and I will return to France to experience a fantastic week at the Chateau Bosgouet in
Normandy. During this week we will visit Rouen, Monet’s garden, Etretat, Deauville and En Fleur.
Cooking classes will be held in the Chateau after visiting local markets and selecting local produce.
Jane Webster author of ‘The French Table’ and her husband, Peter will be our hosts.
SARDINIA 13th-23rd June 2012– Sue Jenkins and Giovanni
Pilu of Pilu’s at Freshwater.
Giovanni and I return to Sardinia for an eight day cooking tour. We will meet in Cagliari and will be
staying in a small boutique hotel for two nights. While in Cagliari we will be visiting the village of Siddi
where the Sardinian ladies will teach us the art of pasta making. We will visit the Argiolas winery. Then
we head north to Olbia to our seaside villa with its own private beach. A day will be spent cruising the
Costa Esmeralda. We will travel across the island to the beautiful city of Alghero for a special lunch.
$8,900 all inclusive (twin share) excluding air fares.
NORTHERN ITALY 8th-18th September 2012 – Sue Jenkins

Manfredi of Bells Kilcare and Balla
Join Sue and these two great Italian born chefs on a visit to Northern Italy. They have an intimate
knowledge of this region’s cuisine. During the ten days we will visit cheese caves, vineyards,
restaurants and have a cooking class at a beautiful private Villa. This tour is limited to ten and will
be a unique insight into this beautiful part of Italy.
MOROCCO 19th September-28th September 2012 Sue Jenkins
and Award-winning chef Hassan M'souli author of Out of Africa
Hassan and I will return to Morocco in early October with a small group to explore the exotic and
varied landscape of this unique country. From the capital of Rabat, we will visit the Roman Ruins at
Volubilis, travel to Fez, a city of culture and craftsmen. On to the Atlas Mountains and the desert to
finish in Marrakesh. We will visit the souks and medinas. Staying in Riads, Kasbahs and a private Villa.
Hassan will be your guide and we will have hands on classes during our 12 day tour.
