KAKADU 15th-19th February, 2011 – Sue Jenkins and
Peter Evans
Join Sue Jenkins and Pete Evans for a Food and Fishing Safari at Bamurru Plains, a luxury camp
overlooking the Mary River floodplains, near Kakadu, NT. Peter's passion is fishing: with guests,
he'll be catching and cooking Barramundi. There is plenty to do for none anglers: cooking; wildlife
and wetlands tours. Four luxurious nights, February 15-19, 2011. Includes flight from Darwin to
Bamurru Plains and return to Darwin. $4950 pp.
SAN FRANCISCO 5 May-12 May 2011– Sue Jenkins and
Joanne Weir
During our eight day stay we will have classes with Joanne at home. Dine at Chez Panisse and Tres
Agaves as well as visit the Ferry Terminal Markets and the Mission District.
Three nights at Vallegio Hotel and Spa in the famous Napa Valley. We will visit the vineyards of
Joseph Phelps, Boyds and Halls. Dine at Thomas Keller’s Ad Hoc and French Laundry. Tour cost
includes accommodation, all meals, wines and ground transport $6750.
SARDINIA 16th-24th September 2011 – Sue Jenkins and
Giovanni Pilu
Giovanni and I return to Sardinia for an eight day cooking tour. We will meet in Cagliari on the 16th
September and will be staying in a small boutique hotel for two nights. While in Cagliari we will be
visiting the village of Siddi where the Sardinian ladies will teach us the art of pasta making. We will
visit the Argiolas winery. Then we head north to Olbia to our seaside villa with its own private beach. A
day will be spent cruising the Costa Esmeralda. We will travel across the island to the beautiful city of
Alghero for a special lunch. $8,000 all inclusive (twin share) excluding air fares.
MOROCCO 27th September-9th October 2011 Sue Jenkins

chef/owner of Out of Africa, also an award winning author of two wonderful Moroccan cook books.
The tour will began Rabat, the capital city of Morocco and ends in Marrakech, the exotic and romantic
city set at the foot of the High Atlas Mountains. We will also visit the ancient Roman ruins of Voloubilis
