 Disney World 2014 Family Giveaway Official Contest Rules **NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. CONTEST PERIOD: RGVTOURS Disney World 2014 Family Giveaway Contest entry period is March 25, 2014 through April 25th, 2014. Photo entries must be received by 10:00 pm (PST) on April 25th, 2014. General voting period will start March 25th, 2014 and will end on April 25th, 2014. ENTRY: Visit http://woobox.com/yq8vdc and register your information (name, phone number, and email). Like us on FACEBOOK and upload a family photo to RGV Tours. Participants must be 18 years or older. We reserve the right to request age documentation at any time. Photos must not contain material that violates or infringes the rights of another, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, disqualify, modify, edit and revise any entries at its sole discretion. Purchasing or trading Votes will be ground for elimination from the contest based on the data provided by woobox. LIMIT: Only one entry per facebook account. ELIGIBILITY: Legal residents of the 50 United States, 18 years of age or older are eligible to enter. Valley Exposure and RGV TOURS employees and their families are allowed to participate. WINNER SELECTION: Starting on March 25th, 2014, Facebook users that have liked RGVTours can begin to “VOTE” for their favorite picture. “VOTE” period will end on April 25th, 2014. No purchase will be required and each person can only submit one like per Facebook user. “VOTES” are unofficial until verified by RGVTours. On April 27th, 2014, the winner will be announced by RGVTours at the Fashion Show held by Valley Exposure at the Old Ice House. The winner will be the picture with the most official “VOTES”. If a tie occurs for the first place, 1 extra voting day (April 26th, 2014) will be given for the photo entries among the tie. Person who submitted the winning photo will be informed by Facebook and by phone. RGVTours will be counting and recording votes; their decisions and vote counting are final in all respects. All pictures will remain on our Facebook page. PRIZE: Only one family will win the Family Giveaway to Disney World. Tour is for 2 adults and 2 children departing June 20th, 2014, and returning June 28, 2014. Tour includes bus transportation, park entrance to Blue Bayou Waterpark and Dixie Landin’ Amusement part in Baton Rouge, LA, hotel for 6 days/5 nights at Country Inn & Suites Calypso Cay Resort, hot breakfast at hotel, 3 Disney World park entrances, and 1 Universal Studios park entrance per person. Prize may not be assigned, transferred, changed, or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee express or implied. Sponsor disclaims all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any third party product or service accepted by the winners. The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules and agree that if any winner fails to provide proof of identity, refused to provide required affidavit, is found to have violated official rules or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The information that you provide will be added to a centralized RGVTOURS database so that you will simultaneously be registered in our websites and may receive regular information from them. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Except where prohibited, by participating Contest entrants agree that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant(s) and Sponsor and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Contest, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this Contest, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-­‐of-­‐pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Contest but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-­‐of-­‐pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. RELEASES: By participating in this contest and accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “released parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this contest and /or acceptance or use of the prize. Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in promotional material and for advertising, public relations and editorial purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, or on a winners’ list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is no obligated to use any of the above-­‐mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Sponsors, its employees and agents, the Contest’s sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize. In order to receive a prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by RGVTours. Except where prohibited by law, winners will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Ownership/Liability Release, Publicity Release, Minor Travel Companion Liability Release forms, and License of entre photograph within three (3) days of notification or the entry with the next highest score may become an alternate winner. If winner notification is returned as undeliverable, the entry with the next highest score may become an alternate winner. Subject to all U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Finalists will each receive an IRS 1099 tax form in the amount of the actual retail value of the prize. The Sponsor disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest.
