ABOUT US
Charlotte Bates, Medical Aesthetician, founder and president of
Clinical Care Skin Solutions (CCSS) in Tulsa, Oklahoma was the
motivator for launching this successful company in 1981. Long
before medical spas and anti-aging treatments hit the market,
Charlotte and her quest for quality skin care were pioneering
new options for people of all ages.
From the beginning, Bates worked closely with chemists to
ensure only the finest pharmaceutical-grade ingredients, natural
botanicals, vitamins and anti-oxidants were used in creating her
skin care line. Both dermatologists and plastic surgeons have
referred their patients to Clinical Care Skin Solutions for over 30
years and have sought her insight to educate their own staff.
Today, Clinical Care Skin Solutions is headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma and has an

FACIAL CLEANSING GEL WITH COPPER PCA FOR ALL SKIN TYPES.
(pH 5.0 to 6.5)
USAGE:
Use day and night for cleansing and removing make-up. Pour into palm
and massage face and neck. Remove with washcloth and lukewarm
water. Pat dry. (Non-foaming)
BENEFITS:
Natural ingredients gently clean the skin without stripping its natural
emulsifiers. A greaseless cleanser that lifts deep pore impurities and all
traces of makeup. It contains no detergents and doubles as a shaving gel.
KEY INGREDIENTS:
WHOLE LEAF ALOE VERA GEL – A known healing, anti-inflammatory agent
that provides vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes. This natural emollient soothes, softens

Use after cleansing, morning and evening. Spray over face and neck. Wipe with a cotton pad

Recommended for day and/or night care of the face,
neck and chest. Apply after cleansing and toning the skin. Dab onto your face, neck and chest and gently
massage into the skin. Can be used alone or with other CCSS moisturizers.

Very hydrating and lightweight, this cream contains grape seed oil and Vitamin C, which are very powerful
anti-oxidants. They provide the ultimate protection from devastating and aging effects of free radicals. Skin

SODIUM ASCORBYL PHOSPHATE – Vitamin C provides natural healing and regenerative properties as it

Gently pat a thin layer around upper and lower orbital
bone to firm and help diminish puffiness. Use day and

USAGE:
Use 2-3 times a week or as needed. Apply a small
amount to damp skin avoiding the eye area. Massage

3. Direct steamer to the client’s face. Massage facial make-up off with The Green Stuff (facial cleansing
gel). Remove with damp sponges or towels.
4. Continue to steam while massaging face, neck and shoulders with CCSS Manipulation massage
créme for approximately 10 minutes.
5. Vacuum skin while continuing to steam. Starting at the décolleté and working up to the forehead,
remove remaining massage créme with water and sponges.
6. Cleanse face and neck again with sponges and water using The Green Stuff (facial cleansing gel).
Discontinue steam on client. Turn off steamer.

GLYCOLIC PEEL PROTOCOL
Directions: This product is to be used only by a licensed professional.
2. Remove with water and washcloth or facial sponges.
3. Make sure the skin is very clean and dry before applying Tune “Way” Up 33%.
4. Pour about 5-10 drops in a glass or metal bowl. Have client close their eyes.
5. Wearing a glove, quickly apply Tune “Way” Up 33% with your fingertips. Start your
timer as soon as you begin applying Tune “Way” Up 33%. Starting at the
forehead, work down. Do not get in the eyes. (If so, flush with cool water).
6. Leave on skin for 1-3 minutes only.
7. Have client grade the tingling for you on a scale of 1-10 with 1 being the least
sensation, 10 being the maximum amount of sensation. Client will turn a slight pink.
Generally they will not feel much as soon as applied. They will start feeling tingling
after about 30 seconds. It may itch. Tell client not to scratch.
8. When time is up, have client go to the sink or bowl and rinse with cool water. They
will probably feel a little more tingling when the water contacts the skin. This will go
away very quickly.
9. Pat face dry. Clean up any mascara smears under the eyes with The Green Stuff.
10. Instruct client not to put anything on his/her skin for one hour. After one hour, if
needed, client can moisturize using CCSS products. Always recommend SunShield
SPF 30 for daily use. If your client will be actively out in the sun after the peel, apply
Sunshield before they leave your office or spa.
11. Instruct client to not use her Tune UP 10 or 20 at home that evening, but to start
back on CCSS program the next day.
