REGISTRATION Pre-registration of $75.00 ends on September 20.
Saturday Dinner will be included in all tickets purchased by 9/20/16. Open
registration will be offered at the door for $80.00, beginning Tuesday, October
4 at 3:30 p.m.

Take “Robert Jackson Blvd.” South. It will dead end at South
Beach Road and Entrance to Edgewater.
CHECKING IN & PARKING
If you will be renting a condo at Edgewater, go
to Registration Building and check in.
If you live in the area or if you are staying elsewhere, come to the beach side entrance gate
behind Edgewater’s Registration Building. Tell gate attendant that you are there for the
Shag-A-Rama Event. He will give you a parking pass. You may have to show your arm
band after you register.
PARTY REGISTRATION
Registration will be in the Gazebo. Don’t forget to
pick up your Event Schedule at Registration. You do not want to miss anything!!!
RESERVING OF SEATS
BALLROOM – Seats may be saved for the Saturday Night Dinner by placing
Something on or in a chair at some point Saturday Afternoon. Tables have to be
Clear. When Resort starts setting the tables, anything left on table will be removed
And put at back of room on a long table.
PAVILION – There will be more chairs around the dance floor to let dancers
have a chance to rest between dances. Please share these chairs with other dancers.
RECOGNITION OF CLUBS
1. Line Dances by Individual Clubs for 2 ½ min – Thursday 5:00 PM Pavilion
We hope your club will be one of the clubs to show off your stuff as well as
Favorite line dance. Come show what your club can do. E-mail Edwina Cooper
[email protected] before Sept. 20. Give us the following information:
Name of your Club, Name of Line Dance, Name of Music
2. Walking Parade of Club Members – Saturday 2:00 PM Pavilion Carry your
Club Banner, signs, wear club shirts, costumes or anything you want to advertise
your club and special events for the year. Be creative! Your Creativeness and
Presentation will be judged and prizes given to the top 3 clubs.
3. Club Recognition for each 35 Attendee’s – Saturday 8:40 PM Flamingo Room
FELLOWSHIP – We hope you will make the outer edges of the tent pavilion be your
place to come fellowship with old friends or make new friends. Bring your coffee or snack,
and sit, talk, remember when you were young, or solve the problems of the world. Some of
you will head to the beach, others of you will lounge around the pool, and some of you just
want to hang out. We will have music playing for your enjoyment. Please feel free at any
meal time to bring your sandwich or carry out from Oceans Bar & Grill, sit, eat, talk,
watch the dancers and just rest when you are not dancing. Just have fun!!!

Ocean’s Bar & Grill – Edgewater’s Onsite Restaurant between Beach & Poolside
(Delicious food for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner including sandwiches, salads or full meals).
Edgie’s Corner Market Onsite in Tower 1 (selling Starbuck’s, other specialty coffees,
sandwiches, ice cream, beach items & some groceries).
10% discount at Montego Bay Seafood Restaurant (across the street in shopping center).
To receive these discounts, show your Shag-A-Rama wristband at Ocean’s & Edgie’s.
At Montego Bay, show your Edgewater Resort Room Key.
NOTE: All events of Shag-A-Rama 2016 are held at the Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort and nowhere else.
