injury and wrongful death, employment
discrimination, FLSA actions and commercial
transactions.
PROFILE
Emily A. Quillen has focused her practice on civil
and commercial litigation in state and federal
courts relating to a variety of matters involving
employment, personal injury, premises liability,
and contract disputes. She has advised businesses
and local governmental entities regarding
day-to-day employment matters and regulatory
compliance, and has defended Title VII, FMLA,
and constitutional claims. As an extension of her
litigation practice, Ms. Quillen also has
experience in handling appeals filed in state and
federal courts.
