Mr. Lynch joined Tyco in 2004 as the head of
litigation for the Tyco Fire and Security Segment,
and became the Company's head of litigation in
2007

Prior to joining Tyco, Mr. Lynch was an assistant
general counsel at Unisys Corporation and also
tried cases as a lawyer at Montgomery,
McCracken Walker & Rhoads in Philadelphia.
