hours of ethics; approved by the OR State Bar for 12.5 general and 3.0 ethics CLE
credits. The Seminar Group is a State Bar of CA approved provider; therefore, this
course is approved for 12.0 general and 3.0 ethics credits. This course has been
approved by the Continuing Education Committee of the Limited Practice Board
of the WA State Bar Association for 1.0 hours of credit (for “Residential Real
Property Sales Issues”). AK bar members may claim CLE credit for this course.
This course has been approved by the Minnesota State Board of Continuing Legal
Education for 15.0 hours in the following categories of credit: 12.0 standard and

Sheena R. Aebig is a Managing Director and
co-founder of Aebig & Johnson Business Resolutions
LLC. Her practice focuses on insolvency issues
and related litigation, representing clients in every
role of insolvency related proceedings and out of
court work outs.
Craig D. Blackmon is Of Counsel with the
firm of Holmquist & Gardiner PLLC. Since 2005,
he has focused his law practice on residential real
estate, both transactions and litigation. He has
successfully litigated matters in both trial and
appellate courts.
John Henry Browne, founder of the Law
Offices of John Henry Browne PS, has been
practicing criminal law for over 30 years. He
handles cases in Federal and State Court along the
West Coast and Alaska, as well as in Washington.
Thomas N. Bucknell is an attorney with

Menashe PS. He regularly speaks before State
