a success. Audio/visual equipment, Internet connections, stages, a basketball
floor, portable or house sound systems, pressure washers and a business
center are among the items on our list of equipment and services.
Event Staffing
We’ll help you arrange and hire personnel to work your event and care for your
guests—things like cleaners, overnight security, guest services, equipment
operators, stagehands, ticket sellers or takers, technicians, medical attendant,
or whatever role you need filled.
Catering and Decorating
What’s your theme? Tropical? Sophisticated? Patriotic? Whichever flavor you

Conferences, presentations,
Located on the lower level, these meeting rooms are versatile, with projectors,
screens, and a built-in sound board. Some of the rooms can be combined
for larger groups. Also on this level is the NDSU Theater Room—our own
on-site theater facility with elevated, padded theater seats, full sound and
a drop-down screen.
(Level two event rooms are also available for larger business gatherings.)

Great Get-togethers
Corporate parties, large-group
The meeting rooms/ballrooms are a short escalator ride to the plush upper
level of the FARGODOME. They can be used individually or combined together
for a grand hall. A food preparation galley runs the entire length of these
four rooms, complete with ice machines, sinks and plenty of counter space.
Screens and projectors can be brought in and set up anywhere in the rooms.
Among other things, dance floors and stages are often brought into these
rooms to create gala events.
