International companies Tradecorp and Baltic Agro are looking for technical representative in special
fertilizers for the Lithuanian market
If you think you have the following profile:
• You are a graduate in Agronomy, Horticultural Science or Biology or have equivalent experience.
• You have previous commercial experience.
• You possess technical knowledge and / or experience related to the physiology and / or plant nutrition.
• You have affinity to and / or good knowledge of the agricultural sector.
• Your trading style and good communication skills allow you to convince potential customers and
establish long-term relationships at various levels.
• You are able to adapt, settle disputes and negotiate.
• You are able to develop a commercial vision and identify prospects and interesting
perspectives. You demonstrate good capacity for foresight and organization.
• You are an autonomous and trustful part of a team.
• You have a sufficient level in English to participate in commercial meetings, as well as read and
write internal reports.
• You have the driver’s license category B.
• You have good computer literacy.
