For as long as anyone can remember, Emmi
has been using only the best ingredients
and 100% Swiss milk as the basis for its
milk and cheese products. A single extra
act can turn something good into something special. This is a belief that Emmi has
subscribed to for many years. Innovations
are also highly prized, be it in the production
process to find gentler and fresher ways to
manufacture the products, or to surprise
with new creations.
Emmi processes raw milk exclusively from
Swiss milk producers who produce with
greatest care and respect of the environment. Healthy cows graze on herbs in the
alpine meadows ensuring this unique and
fresh tasting milk. The milk is pure and
free of GMO’s, pesticides and antibiotics.
Immediately after they are delivered, the
milk and other raw materials used undergo very hard quality tests to ensure that
only perfect ingredients are processed.
Controls are carried out constantly during
the entire production process, helping to
guarantee the high quality and safety
of our products. Genuine Swiss delights
are secured by making little use of additives and applying careful processing and
finishing techniques.
