Writing Workshop
During writing we have been working
on the following: Self-help
strategies. They are to write and
illustrate for at least 20 minutes to
build writing stamina
We have been making pattern books
and they are doing an excellent job. I
have kept their books at school for
the class to read. They will be
coming home soon.
Guided Reading
Please continue to do the nightly
reading with your child. This is so
important. Remember to sign the
reading log. I can see so much
growth when children read each
night. Thanks for helping your child
return their book bags when they
bring them home.
