All measurements should be taken over normal breeches/socks (in Centimetres)
A - Height- whilst sitting from the crease at the back of the knee.
AA - Height – whilst standing from crease at back of knee straight down to the ground.
B - Circumference of the leg just under the knee.
C - Circumference of the leg at the widest part of the calf.
CC - Height to the widest part of the calf.
D - Circumference of the leg at the point 20cms up from the ground. (or 25cm-D1 or 30cm-D2)
E - Circumference of the leg at a point 15cms up from the ground.
F - Circumference at the position marked
G - Circumference at the position marked whilst standing
H - Circumference at the position marked whilst standing
I - Height to the Knee Knob
J - Width of foot whilst standing
K - Length of foot whilst standing
