casting dies, with a state of art precision machining facilities, so far designed and
manufactured more than 180 precision tools, with high productivity and accuracy for various

QUALITY:

specifications from the major input through
their part dimensional requirements and
quality manual, periodic quality inspection of
the parts during production is done with Well
Calibrated Precise Measuring instruments Like
Micrometers, Dial vernier Calipers, Dial
Gauges, Slip Gauges, Digital Height Gauges (all
make: MITUTOYO) and external support of CNC
controlled co ordinate measuring machine.
MOULDING SECTION
Trial out section of Obconic tool crafts is equipped with state of art micro processor
controlled injection molding machine of L&T – DTS 150 with hopper dryer, MTC, water
chilling unit & cooling tower. With hands on experience in processing both commercial and
engineering plastics in transparent, opaque, glass filled & reinforced grades; our molding
section has supplied a variety of products for engineering and commercial industries. The
use of NANO technology increases the appearance and surface quality for components with
mat finish on the face and decreases the cycle time by avoiding mould releasing agents.
