This was the rst annual conference, that ministered to Awana leaders and
those serving in children’s ministry.

LEAD: Equip Experience
The LEAD Experience is like nothing we have done before! Its designed to develop a holis c Chris an leader
serving in children's or youth ministry. Unlike Commander College, it is not speci c to any one posi on in club.
In LEAD: Equip we will explore the importance of children's ministry, understanding your calling, personal spiritual development, in uence, vising cas ng, serving in community, and much more. The experience will be delivered by a combina on of online and live training. Training dates will be announced later this year.
Updated Role Books for Summer 2015
We are in the process of simplifying our role books in response to our changing customer preferences and increased access to training content online. We want to honor those customers who prefer a printed book while
be er managing the volume of content that we deliver through role books. They will also re ect the updated
language that is being used to describe our ministry. E ec ve June, 2015, there will be eight role books available: Commander, Secretary, Game Director, Puggles, Cubbies, Sparks, T&T, AwanaYM. Books will be approximately 40 pages (half of their current size). Leader and Director books will be combined into one book. Each
book will be available in a printed and an e-reader format (not a downloadable pdf but like a Kindle or ibook).
