Using green construction paper cut out a “hill” that will cover bottom of paper and bottom half of handprint to make it appear sun is rising behind the hill. Using ribbon cut into two lengths to form a cross and glue in center. Happy Easter! Awana News! We had to say good-bye to Bob and Rose Kincaid this month. We will miss them but wish them happiness in their new life in North Carolina. Awana clubs worked together during the month of February to bring in supplies and make yummy “Stone Soup” based on the beloved story. During the last week of February Awana clubbers listened to local Missionary, Hope Laingen, speak about her mission work in a Haiti Orphanage. Throughout the month of March Awana clubbers will collect coins to donate toward this mission project. 3
