• Participants will spend the entire day in this
conference room.
• All coffee breaks and lunch will be served
adjacent to the conference room.
• You are invited to a reception hosted by the
Government of Austria to be held at 7:00pm on
June 16.
• The room will provide appropriate chargers for
your electronics.
• Everything you need within reach.

THERE ARE MANY ENTRANCES TO THE HOFBURG:

The main front entrance of the Hofburg will NOT take you to our event. Our entrance is Josefplatz
and it is behind the main entrance. You will NOT find any signs telling you the names, so look for
this door and this statue. On the days of the event, there will be a red carpet and an ESMAP
banner at this door.
Once inside, you will go through and take the LIFT. It is five
stories high. When you get off the lift, take the stairs to your
right and you will have arrived.

• Day 2 participants have been
invited to a field visit hosted by the
Austrian Institute of Technology.
• Those who previously registered
will meet and leave from the front
entrance of the Intercontinental
hotel at 1:00pm
• Transportation will be provided.
