Gate 11 access via northbound A38, signposted to
‘Royal Mail Sorting Office’
For GPS use: BS34 7ST
A38—please ensure
you are in the northbound lane
Directions to GATE 11:
The closest available postcode is to the Royal Mail Sorting Office - BS34 7ST which is opposite Gate 11. Please wait for a member of
GWAAC to escort you across the airfield. Because this is a rapid response unit it is of paramount importance that you obey the one-way
system in place, which is highlighted on the map above.
From the A38, Gloucester Road North you need to get on to the northbound carriageway, heading towards Junction 16 of the M5. As you
approach the flyover, (with the airfield on your left), get into the slip road on your left-hand side, (alongside the flyover). As you drive
past the bus stop, at the back of the Airport Fire Station, turn left into the side turning, just before you reach the Royal Mail Sorting
Office. Pull up on the left of this side turning, close to the sliding access gate, by the large portacabin, on the Fire Station forecourt.
