GETTING STARTED
Introduction
Welcome to the user guide for the Kamma Maha Samajam Trust (KMS) website.
There are two types of users in this website such as Member and Visitors.
The system uses authentication to prevent unauthorized access to the website. Membership registration
is required to access some modules in the website.
This website provides various services to the members under single registration.
To use the online KMS website you need two things: A computer/ mobile with an internet connection
and a compatible web browser.

The KMS website provides following services and support to their members.

Business Opportunities
under this module, members can be able to add the business activities and requirements under
different categories.

Matrimony
those who are looking for bride/groom, can use this module
the member can submit profile with more information and also search the profile posted by
others.

Job Portal
Job requirements and resumes can be submitted in the job portal.
Search option is provided for resumes and jobs
Blood donors
Facility provided to add blood donors who are interested in blood donation including their family
members.
Blood donors list can be viewed by the general visitor of the website.
Kamma temples
Facility provided to add Kamma temples and also general visitors can view the temple list.
Supports
The members who are looking for any assistance in the following fields can contact KMS office.








Member Activities
Creating an account
Open your web browser and go to the following KMS website URL www.kammamahasamajam.com
when the page loads, the following screen will be displayed

Registration as a member

Click Register in the top right side corner on the web page or go to the following link
www.kammamahasamajam.com/login.php
The registration page screen will be displayed

There are three sections in this page.
 The register section enables you to create an account.
 The login section enables you to log in after you have created your account.
 The forget password section enables you, such that after you have created your account, if you
forget your password, the forget password page helps to reset the Forgotten Password.
One registration account will be possible to each person to access all services in the KMS website.
The member will not be allowed to create multiple accounts for a single e-mail address.

Registration will require properly entered, Unique Email Id ,Phone Number and Password
Read and understand all the terms and conditions and then accept.
Click the register button and proceed to the next step.
Newly registered members have to confirm their email to click the confirmation link sent to the
registered email Id and after that only the registration gets successful

The non-registered users are asked to register to it - like as a member
The user successfully registered to the website (like as a member) can access its functionality.



Change Password

A member Id (eg.160829001) is automatically created through the system and
is displayed in the profile creation page.

Fill all the compulsory fields.

Empty field will result in difficulties to re-enter the same.

Attach scanned image/picture (in jpg / png / gif format, with size below
15 KB)

Member Profile Edit / Update

Member can edit / update their details using update page.

Change Password

Password change option provided. To change password, existing and new passwords are required.
Member Profile Search & View
KMS members can be able to search and view the list of members using search option.
Based on the search criteria, details will be displayed.
Following filters are provided in Search.









If you press the Search button without filling any fields all the members details will be displayed.

Post and Edit your requirements
Search option for business and other requirements
Under Business Associates module, members can be able to add their business activities and post
their requirements.
Facilities are provided to view business associates information including the requirements posted by
other members.
By creating your business profile, you can target potential buyers who are searching for businesses like
yours.

Fill all the compulsory fields.

Empty field will result in difficulties to re-enter the same.

No space or dash in mobile number & phone number fields
The member can enter the brief information of their business according to the following fields:

Business Details (maximum 100 characters)
Company Profile (maximum 500 characters)

Contact Details
Two images/Pictures (Maximum File Size : 200 KB in jpg / png / gif)
