NITROGEN PUMPING
Southwest Oilfield Products Nitrogen
pumping and vaporizing system is a fully
self-contained, climate-controlled,
trailer-mounted unit.
Overview
To ensure the most reliable operating experience, our
Nitrogen pumping units utilize the most proven and
reputable components on the market such as ACDTM brand
triplex, coldends and liquid nitrogen centrifugal pumps.
Depending on the isolation or control function, our Nitrogen
unit features a variety of valve types including manual,
electrical and pneumatic to provide operational ease along
with a safe work environment. The 3000 gallon liquid
nitrogen storage capacity ensures ample supply for even the
largest projects and our units also feature AutoclaveTM and
Bu-techTM type high pressure 316 & 304 stainless steel lines.
Our user friendly control panel has many value-added
features to help operators run the unit as efficiently
as possible.

ACIDIZING
Southwest Oilfield Products Acidizing
unit offers a complete solution for mixing,
pumping and transportation.
Overview
Our standard Acid unit features a 750 gallon acid
pumping system with three wet chemical and a single
auger for dry chemical additives. The unit is mounted on a
single drop tandem axle trailer and has numerous triplex
pump horsepower options including:
• 600HP
• 1000HP
• 2250HP

Overview
Southwest Oilfield Products standard twin pumping unit
features our rugged and reliable 600 horsepower triplex
To complement our unit’s robust pumping power,
Southwest Oilfield Products utilizes the industry trusted,
RCMTM mix system that is capable of satisfying a wide
range of mixing rates. The system is designed electric over
hydraulic for infinite control of the slurry delivery system. A
Micro-MotionTM fluid densitometer is utilized for precise
control of product delivery.

Coil Tubing Units
Southwest Oilfield Products offers trailer mounted, chassis
mounted and skid mounted units in 30K, 60K, 80K and 100K
configurations. Our Coil Tubing units are built to suit a
variety of well servicing applications including:

Injectors
Southwest Oilfield Products 100K coiled-tubing injector
is designed for heavy-to-severe service operations. With
a versatile operating range this robust injector is capable
of intermittent vertical loads of 140,000 lbs. (63503 kg) or
continuous loads at 100,000 lbs. (45,359 kg) during pulling
operations or 50,000 lbs. (22,680 kg) while snubbing.

Southwest Oilfield Products line of well servicing equipment
solutions would not be complete without our full line of
blenders. Built-to-last construction and ease of transport
are some of the key characteristics we have incorporated
into our design. The large mixing tubs featured in all of our
Southwest Oilfield Products blenders have a maximum
capacity of 120bbls, enabling on-site, trouble-free mixing of
fluids and proppants. Our user-friendly, mixing control system
allows operators to easily produce a wide variety of fluid
blends at varying densities.
Southwest Oilfield Products hydration units are the perfect
compliment to our well servicing equipment offering and
provide the reliable, on-demand mixing solutions that well
servicing projects require. All of our designs are engineered
equipment. Based on your chemical additive specifications,
Southwest Oilfield Products offers both custom and standard
units which enables your fracturing operation to run as
cost efficient as possible by minimizing the fluid required to
complete
the operation.

Units provide a quick and easy solution for
performing well maintenance operations
under pressure.
Overview
Southwest Oilfield Products is proud to offer a complete
line of Snubbing Equipment capable of handling loads
from 150,000 to 460,000 lbs. Our snubbing equipment is
engineered for performance and enables well maintenance
operations to be performed under pressure without
introducing “kill” fluids or other methods which could
ultimately result in well damage. Our snubbing unit model
