Knowledge prerequisites:
You MUST have either:
A four-year or Bachelor level University degree
This is an advanced course which assumes
you’ve already mastered the basics.
Plus at least three years of project management
experience, with 4,500 hours spent leading and
directing projects
Plus 35 hours of project management education
by the time you sit for the exam (this course will
provide you with 35 hours)
OR
A secondary degree (high school diploma,
associate’s degree, or the global equivalent)
Plus at least five years of project management
experience, with 7,500 hours spent leading and
directing projects
Plus 35 hours of project management education
by the time you sit for the exam

obtain a project management Certification.
You will have attended a PM fundamentals course
and have a working knowledge of:
Developing a project charter
Work breakdown structures
Network diagrams
Time and cost estimating
The process of planning a project
Developing management plans
What a project manager should be doing
when the work is going on
Project closure and why it is important
If you aren’t already familiar with all of these subjects,
