"I teach knowing that each student is extremely different and that I as a teacher need
to take all of these differences and mesh them into one high functioning classroom. I act
as a guide to the students, guiding them in the right direction and providing support, but
still allowing them to make mistakes and learn from these mistakes. I believe that the key
to an effective teacher is a good classroom management plan and the heart to do whatever
it takes to allow each student to thrive. My students will thrive!"
