Aronimink Golf Club
General Information
Menus
Enclosed are menu suggestions, which represent a variety of combinations that can be prepared by our chef. If you wish to create a menu unique to your occasion, our chef is
able to obtain virtually any preferred food item to accommodate individual menus. All food prices are subject to a 20% gratuity charge and 6% sales tax. For a choice of two or
more pre-selected entrées please add an additional $3.00 per person. Your menu must be completely designed including menus and all details two weeks prior to the event. Prices
are guaranteed 90 days prior to an event.
Beverage Service
A list of bar options is enclosed. A banquet wine list is available upon request for wines and champagne priced by the bottle. A house champagne toast option is available at
$3.00 per person. Bar options include open bar, consumption bar and cash bar. Consumption bars are subject to bartender fees ($50.00 per bartender). The number of bartenders
is determined by the number of guests. Cash bars are subject to bartender fees and a cashier’s fee of $50.00. All beverage price are subject to a 20% gratuity charge.
Guarantees
An appropriate guest count is required at the time of booking. Confirmation on the number to guests attending must be made no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled
function and may not be reduced once submitted.
Deposits
A $3000.00 deposit is required to confirm the date for all events with over 100 guests. A $1000.00 deposit is required for all events under 100 guests in the ballroom.
Cancellations
Cancellation of an event will result in the forfeit of the entire deposit and additional charges may be applicable if Aronimink Golf Club has made special purchases specifically
for the event.
Sponsored Events
Members sponsoring events at Aronimink Golf Club are responsible for ensuring that the host makes all required payments to the club as outlined. Members must submit a
written request to the club’s Catering Manager to host a sponsored event at Aronimink Golf Club.
Dress Code
The Aronimink Golf Club dress code contributes to the tradition, decorum and dignity of our club and applies to the entire club property from the time of your arrival. Members
must ensure that their family and guests are dressed appropriately. Jeans, t-shirts, and cargo-type shorts/pants are not proper attire anywhere in the main clubhouse. Collared shirts
for men are required and jackets are encouraged. Women are expected to wear comparable attire. Gentlemen must remove their hats upon entering the clubhouse.
Damage to the Club
All repair work resulting from injury to the club property will be done by persons or firms selected and supervised by management. Members who damage the property of the
club will be required to pay for the cost of the repair or replacement thereof, and members are at all times responsible for the actions of their guests or organizations which they
have sponsored for use of the club facilities.

Cell Phone Policy
The use of cell phones is not permitted inside any building at Aronimink Golf Club
Linen and Table Arrangements
Our choices in table size are 72”, 60” and 48” rounds. Our traditional silverware, crested china and glassware accent the table setting, along with complimentary votive candles.
In addition, floor length white or ivory tablecloths are included with your choice of colored napkins. Premium linens and chair covers are available for an additional charge. We
can work together to prepare a floor plan with room layouts and suggested table schemes.
Vendor List
A vendor list of suggested bands, florists, photographers and hotels is available upon request.
Valet Parking
Valet parking is available and required for all events of 50 guests or more. A $275.00 fee is charged for valet service. Parking in the front circle is prohibited under any
circumstance.
Coat Check and Ladies Room Attendant
A coat room and a ladies room attendant are required for all events greater than 100 guests. A $50.00 fee is charged for the ladies room attendant. A coatroom attendant is required October through March and a $50.00 fee will be charged.
A La Carte Ordering
Parties of 14 and under may order a la carte. Prearranged menus are required for events of 15 or more people.
Buffet Service Policy
On all buffets the club will prepare an ample amount of food to ensure guests are presented with a well-stocked and attractive table. With this policy, we must decline carry out
containers during or after service. Buffets are created for parties of 25 or more people.
Booking Restrictions
Advanced non-member bookings may not exceed 24 months. Please contact the clubhouse regarding the necessary requirements for member priority bookings.
Additional Charges and Fees
The following additional charges and fees may apply to your event at Aronimink Golf Club:
Ceremony Fee: If applicable, Aronimnk can provide an area for your wedding ceremony. This area can accommodate 150 guests for a seated ceremony. The ceremony fee is
$350.00.
Overtime Fee: For any event lasting longer than five hours a $200.00 per half hour fee will be applied.
Uniformed Chef Attendant: For any event with food stations or a buffet requiring a uniformed chef a $20.00 per hour per chef fee will be applied.
Ice Sculptures: Specialty ice sculptures for stationary displays are available starting at $325.00. The price is based on size and complexity of design and must be ordered three
weeks prior to the event.

Customized bar service is available for receptions of 30 guests or greater. Cocktail service is suggested for any reception with less than 30 guests.
Upon request a customized bar for receptions with fewer than 30 guests can be arranged for a $100.00 bartender fee.

Cocktail Service
Beverages served by cocktail server are priced on a consumption basis and are subject to a 20% gratuity. The host of the reception may limit the selection of beverages offered to their guests. Cash cocktail service is available for a $50.00 cashier fee.
