Any other use, not expressly indicated here, could compromise the good condition/ operation of the product and/or be a source of danger. 16. The min. installation height for the automated system is 2.5 m. Make sure that a differential switch with trip threshold of 0.03 A is fitted upstream of the system. 10. 11. (Fig.2 ref. c ) 4) Make sure that the adapter is well secured (Fig.2 ref. c) a b b 4X10 a c Fig. 4 4) Secure the wheel adapter to the roller with a tapping screw 4x10 fitted in the previously drilled hole, as shown in figure 4 ref. b. 5) Install the previously chosen motor support from the side of the electric facility (Fig 5 ref a ). 6) Fit the motor-driven roller in the motor support (Fig.5 ref. b ), and on the cap support (Fig.5 ref.c ). 7) Check with a level if the motor-driven roller is perfectly horizontal; if necessary, modify the height of the motor or cap supports. In addition, a wind sensor (anemometer) can be connected to the motor: it commands the closure of the rolling shutter as soon as the wind has reached a speed higher than 20 Km/h. The series R tubular motor can be controlled both by the remote control and by a push-button with step-by-step logic. DIRECTION OF ROTATION CORRESPONDS TO THAT CONTROLLED BY THE UP PUSH-BUTTON OF THE REMOTE CONTROL. THE DOWN COMMAND IS INHIBITED FOR 16 min. YELLOW-GREEN NEUTRAL WIRE BLUE 220 V ~ BROWN AUTOMATED SYSTEM CONTROLLED BY REMOTE CONTROL AND ANEMOMETER: For this type of configuration, connect the blue and the brown wire of the motor to the mains power, and the yellow-green wire to earth. Do not connect the red (or black) wire. THE ANEMOMETER must be connected as shown in figure 7. PHASE RED OR BLACK a PUSH-BUTTON AUTOMATED SYSTEM CONTROLLED BY REMOTE CONTROL, PUSH-BUTTON AND ANEMOMETER: For this type of configuration, connect the motor as shown in the diagram of figure 7. AUTOMATED SYSTEM CONTROLLED BY REMOTE CONTROL ONLY: For this type of configuration, connect the blue and brown cables of the motor to the mains power supply and the yellow-green cable to earth. Do not connect the RED (or black) wire. YELLOW-GREEN Do not cut the red (or black) cable if it is not used, just insulate it NEUTRAL WIRE BLUE AUTOMATED SYSTEM CONTROLLED BOTH BY REMOTE CONTROL AND BY PUSH-BUTTON: For this type of configuration, connect the motor as shown in the previous diagram, fig. 6. 220 V ~ PHASE BROWN RED (OR BLACK) WHITE The push-button has a step-by-step logic: a PUSH-BUTTON each pressure exerted on the push-button sends a pulse to the motor (I.E.: FIRST PULSE UP - SECOND PULSE STOP - THIRD PULSE DOWN etc.). MEMORY STORING CAN OCCUR IN ANY MOTOR STATUS. According to the configuration of your installation (Fig.9) observe the instructions given in the following paragraphs. (If a “step-by-step” push-button is available, just hold it down without making the connection.) 2) Supply power to the motor, after approx. 10 seconds the motor operates in both directions for 1 second signalling that the memory has been completely deleted. 3) Cut power again to the motor. Disconnect the black and the brown wires.
