Dear Prospective Men’s Club Member:
Thank you for your interest in the Men’s Club at Keney Park Golf Course. My goal is to
provide exciting competition here at KPGC, with programming for everyone. This schedule
was designed to incorporate some classic formats with some team-based, “fun” formats.
With that being said, nothing is etched in stone as it pertains to the schedule. As I hope to
grow and develop the Men’s Club, input from each and every member will be critical.
There will be only one “major” tournament a month. A major is in bold on the schedule
and it will be played on both Saturday and Sunday. There are two majors that are three
day tournaments: Member-Member and Club Championship. They are played on
Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. They are single elimination match play
events, with half of the field advancing each day.
The cost for the Men’s Club is $100. This includes: USGA Handicap, and entry fee into the
major (in bold) tournaments and preferred tee times for Men’s Club events. The nonmajor “shop games” entry fee will be collected the morning of, and all entry fees collected
will be paid out as winnings in golf shop credit. The Golf Shop will be fully stocked with
most major brands. The entry fee for “Shop Games” will be a $5 cash. “Shop Games” will
have an additional Gross and Net skins game and a Closest to Pin Contest for $5. There
will be posted sign-up sheets in the golf shop and possibly future online sign-up options.
There will be some volunteer opportunities for interested candidates. If you are
interested, please inquire.

All Men’s Club Members will pay Resident Rates during all scheduled Men’s Club Events.
Weekly Non-Major Tournaments will require a mandatory $5 entry fee + non-mandatory games $5 (Net skins, closest to pin, etc.)
All prizes will be paid out in golf shop credit.
Golf Shop credit must be used during current calendar year.
Refunds are only available as a result from medical issues.
Inaccurate score reporting, not following the rules of golf or other inappropriate actions may result in suspension or expulsion.
Refunds will NOT be granted.
