Our solutions include both hardware and high end software to substantially improve
your warehousing efficiency. We have mini load systems, which are stacker cranes
for “small” loads such as cartons or crates. There are a number of models and sizes
depending on the required speeds, capacities and the product.
Fluent horizontal and vertical transportation is ensured by various types of conveyors.

All systems are offered together with Maestro+; our inhouse software package.
This software provides an interface with the ERP or other overlying system run by

dynamic control, Maestro+ provides a user-friendly operator interface, better error
messaging, production and maintenance reporting.

PALLETISING & DEPALLETISING
SYSTEMS
Alvey is a specialist in automatic palletising systems for all kinds and sizes of products.
Installations can involve multi-line or single-line layer palletisers and combinations of
these. Utilising either conventional or robot units, flexibility can be achieved even at
high capacities.
Careful depalletisation of empty containers such as cans and bottles requires special
expertise. Alvey offers both high-level and low-level outfeed system designs to meet
various project requirements.
Our solutions can be implemented under the most demanding conditions, such as:
■■ Deepfreeze −30 °C
■■ Demanding products and/or packagings
■■ Conducting projects in full production and/or under great time pressure
An efficient conveyor system is an important and integral part of every palletising
project. Alvey has a wide range of conveyors for pallets and unit loads for horizontal
and/or inclined transport. These include roller, slat chain, belt, chain and other types
of conveyors. We typically integrate vertical elevators from our partners.
For further stabilising and securing items on pallets, Alvey integrates wrapping or
strapping equipment from proven OEM manufacturers.
