Mainly cardan chain (4 bearings for guiding + 4 bearings for load)
Temperature up to 250°C
Step by step or continuous speed.
Spindle conveyors : used for small or medium size parts (cosmetics, perfume bottle, wine or
alcohol bottle, wheel flange, hub caps…) includes :
- Self-lubrificated rotating devices (up to 500rpm).
- High resistant chain, protected by steel plates.
- Removable parts supports to allow different pitches (from 33 mm) on the same conveyor…

Conveyor with carts and rolling paths : used for larger parts (2 or 3 meters long and/or high),
plastic or metal (automotive /truck parts, bumpers…) where precision is required. Includes addi tional
guiding or precision systems for robots.

Cardan chain guided with 8 bearings, temperature up to 250°C.
Possibility to switch, to stop, to store.
Carts and rolling paths technology is also used for large parts where precision is required. Includes guiding and precision systems for robots (wether the process is at tracking or at stop). It is preferred to
monorail for floor space savings (oven accumulation) or when the process should be at stop.

Floor conveyors :
Skid

Mainly used for large automotive parts ( 500 to 1 000 Kg is possible).

Based on rolling conveyor technology : the skid is designed to roll on the conveyor and to be
removed from the line if required.

Includes rotating tables, lift, elevator….

On a straight line, possibility of going forward and backward.

Could be used :
- In straight line, to drag carts rolling on the floor.
- In a compact line,
- In overhead position (with oven in upper position, for instance).
