The new Siemens washing machines are extremely energy efficient. In fact, using as little as 0.13 kWh/kg, they
are up to 30% more efficient than required for a European Class A energy rating (0.19 kWh/kg).
All washing machines and tumble dryers, regardless of manufacturer, carry an EU energy label. The label
categorises the appliance according to its energy efficiency; Class A appliances being the most energy efficient,
Class G the least. The label also provides information on water consumption, washing and spin-drying

Let’s say you’ve been busy, you haven’t had
time to do the laundry for a while, and several
loads have piled up. Or you’re simply in a hurry
to get it finished. Just press the speedPerfect
option button along with your selected wash
programme, and the programme time will be
reduced automatically by up to 60%*. You will
still get outstandingly clean results for loads of
up to 5kg, but in much less time. That’s great
news on those multiple-load laundry days.
On the other hand, if you’re not in a hurry
to get the wash done and you want to save
electricity, simply select your wash programme,

All Siemens washing machines feature the autoLoad
system, which automatically tailors the wash programme
to suit the size of the load, optimizing energy and water
usage. So there’s no need for a half load button. Just
select your programme of choice and press start.
The rainFlow system quickly soaks the laundry,
eliminating the dry friction within the drum that could
otherwise damage delicate fabrics. Sensors ensure
that no more water is used than is absolutely required,
and improve the distribution of water and detergent
throughout the clothes.

The Steam Drying function introduces steam into the drying process to smooth-out creases. It’s ideal for shirts, blouses
and other items that are especially complicated and awkward to iron. Not only that, but you can also use the Steam Drying
function on clothes that are already dry to reduce their creasing. And the process is fully automatic – sensors detect the
amount of moisture in the fabric, and adjust the steam generation appropriately.

More than any other garments, your 'dry clean only' business suits, dresses, jackets and trousers need to appear freshly
laundered every day, and yet they are more difficult to care for because you can‘t just throw them into the washing machine.
Presenting the Steam Refresh function. It uses steam to lift and carry away the molecules of odour that rest on the surface of
fabrics. So if a suit has picked up a small stain from a business lunch, simply wash or brush it out, and then finish-off with the

drying results, and makes over-drying a thing of the past. Sensors in the drum
continually monitor the residual moisture in the laundry. They detect when
the load has reached the selected drying level, and move the
programme to the final cool-down period. So your laundry is

The softDry drum system, the first of its kind in the world, ensures a constant
stream of air and a stable drying temperature within the drum. This is down
to the design of the soft paddles with their wave-like contours, which stir the

possible. The elliptic texture of the drum surface improves the airflow around
the clothes, so that the laundry glides over the drum as if floating on a cushion
of air. Even large items dry evenly. The smooth contours of the
glass door and the gentle treatment of the softDry drum system
reduce mechanical wear and tear on your textiles. And the
spacious drum means fewer creases in your clothes too.
