Military operations
The field of application of the following products distinguishes very much from those of
our emergency rescue or firefighting products. Prerequisites for undercover or military
operations are slightly different and this can
also be seen with the products.
However, partially requirements also coincide with each other. By support of our bags
and backpacks the emergency operation
carried out under extreme conditions shall be
completed safely and professionally.
Durability is more focussed on these products
than disinfectability. Please contact us, if you
feel that a product is missing.

Paramedic backpack Bravo S
Especially compact medic backpack for narrow
space conditions in land craft, aircraft and water
craft. The backpack possesses 4 individually
colour-coded inner pouches which can be labelled. In the lid there are flat mesh pockets and
a velcro area in order to fix optionally available
hook loop (see page14). Behind the velcro field
for the individual labelling of the backpack
there is a hidden scissors bag fitted with a snap
fastener.

Spacious but still compact designed CombatMedic-Backpack for the first aid care in
the field. As standard the backpack has 6
colour-coded inner pouches which can be
individually labelled. The flat front compartment can be opened from both sides and
can store a stiff neck or something similar.
Under the bottom there is also a compartment
that can be opened from both sides offering
space for a carrying sheet (see page 15). Flat
drinking bladders can also be stored in the
double inner rear compartment. The drinking
hose is led outside by a covered opening.The
shoulder straps are equipped with a chest
strap and can be detached or be substituted
by common straps, provided the backpack is
exclusively worn over the bulletproof equipment.

Combat Medic Backpack for the first aid and follow-up
emergency care.As standard the backpack possesses
6 colour-coded inner pouches which can be individually labelled and do include a variable dividing section. The front pockets are fitted with 4 pieces of velcro
loop rows and flat mesh pockets are positioned in the
front pocket lids. Flat drinking bladders can be stored
in the double rear compartment. The drinking hose is
led outside by a covered opening. The shoulder straps
are equipped with a chest strap and can be detached
or be substituted by common straps, provided the
backpack is then exclusively worn over the bulletproof
equipment.The front compartment can be opened from
both sides and can store a stiff neck or something similar. The front pockets are among other things suitable
for the intubation S and infusion M or for 2 modules M
each (not included in delivery volume). Under the bottom there is a compartment which can also be opened
from both sides offering space for an evacuation sheet
(see page 15).

An emergency backpack designed for alpine application with velcro colour-coded inner pouches, equipped
with a front bag for storing avalanche probes, a snow
shovel and additional accessory as well as an adjustable rope holder at the left and the right. By means of a
roping eye the backpack can also be roped down.

Molle Vest Bravo M & L
Vest with MOLLE system available in 2 different sizes with one-way open end coil zipper, 2 double front pockets
behind the MOLLE loops With loops to securely fasten a handgun inside the pocket.The waistline is continuously
adjustable on both sides by two rubber straps of a width of 10 cm each. Even if worn tight to the body, the vest still
offers a very good room to move thank to the rubber straps. In the rear side of the collar there is a special sewed
hand loop which can also be used for evacuation.The vest is equipped with a mesh back pocket in order to store a

Leg pouch paramedic (IFAK) / SWAT MPS
The IFAK leg pouch was designed as DLP (Drop-Leg-Pouch).
However, as alternative it can be fixed to the duty belt without leg
loop or to further equimpent by means of the MOLLE system. The
velcro front pocket stores examination gloves and can be opend
easily. The pouch is safely closed against unintended opening by
by a double zipper. The velcro loop on the upper side facilitats
a quick and easy closure, if the operation situation requires this.
The loop and inner pouch arrangement store different equipment
objects of the IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit). The space of this leg
pouch allows a double minimal equipment and some further useful things like e.g. a glow stick, a burn kit and casualty card.

Hip bag paramedic Echo
The hip back „ECHO“ releases the back and offers space for a daypack at the same time. So the medic can get
equipped in an optimal way for the operation. The hip back is positioned on the buttocks and can very easily be
released in case of need. In that way the necessary materials can be used quickly for transport and emergency care
of casualties. The Hip bag Echo offers enough space for all materials recommended by the „Commitee on TCCC“
for emergency care of casualties. The unique roll bag offers the required overview for access to the medical material
needed without delay and represents a clean working place. Side and bottom pockets offer space for materials that
come to application in the course of the medical supply. At the end of the medical care the hip bag can be easily
put on by the extended carrying belt.

Doctor‘s bag Basic
The doctor‘s bag Basic is a compact bag for the
troop doctor the arrangement of which can be
changed individually and which offers extension options by means of the MOLLE system. The
firmly installed side pockets can store e.g. separat
ampoule kits (ampoule kit Bravo) or can be used
individually. Direct access to the bag by single opened lid facilitates the access in narrow spaces. The
inner pouches ( 2x M and 1x L) ae included in the
delivery volume can be detached and be marked
individually and can also optionally be replaced by
rubber band loop rows (see page 14).

POM First aid emergency care panel M & L
This mobile pocket panel has been designed for the emergency supply in case of a MAC (mass casualty incident)
or for paramedic services when material supply has to be
secured for a longer period of time. The panel can optionally
be mounted on a stand (not included), be hung by the eye
rings on hooks or something similar or can be fixed on a free
arm by the belt strap loops. The bags can individually be
detached from the panel and quickly be substituted by filled
modules. The arrangement of the pockets is variable and can
be exchanged among each other.

Tourniquet Holster for Molle – simple
The tourniquet holster surrounds the complete tourniquet and hides
the content completely. Thus the CAT (Combat Assault Tourniquet)
cannot be recognized as such anymore. Taking out the tourniquet
is done by opening and pulling of the hook & loop cover so that
the tourniquet can be taken out of the holster so far that in case of
emergency it can be used quickly. (without content)

This holster can store 2 CAT (Combat Application Tourniquet) and
clothes scissors. The CATs are particularly stored in a well-protecting

Infusion bag M
A bag including all accessory for an infusion „ready to use“! The
infusion bag M is equipped with all infusion accessory in order to
prepare and set it free of stress in case of emergency. The infusion
bag M can be velcroed to the corpus of the paramedic backpack
Bravo S and M, to the Mt. McKinley as well as to the hip bag
Echo as a modular equipment instead of the roll and furthermore it
fits into the front pockets of the paramedic backpack Bravo L. The
useful handle can be opened by the snap lock buckle so that this
loop can also be used to hang the bag during application. (without

Infu Warm System
The infu-warm-system warms up an infusion during mediaction in the field and works independent from electric
sources. The bag is fitted with isolation material and a heat
reflective foil. The infusion system is isolated by a tube cover.
The warmth gel cushion can be reused a hundredfold. (see

Intubation bag S
All necessary utensiles for an intubation can be stored
space-savingly and safely in the intubation bag S.The loop
arrangement and tube bag can either store the accessory
of the standard intubation equipment besides necessary
fixation material, etc. or as alternative it can store CPAP
masks incl. accessory. The rolled bag offers a safe storage
and a clean working base, if opened. The intubation bag
S is suitable to all backpacks and can be stored in the
corpus. The front bags of the paramedic backpack L offer
space for an infusion bag M and an intubation bag S.

The feature of the ampoule kits of the Bravo series is it‘s
entire variability.The loop rows 1 piece (with 8 loops and 2
pieces with 5 loops each) included in the delivery volume
can be relatively free-positioned within the ampoule kit by
the velcro. Besides that further loop rows can be added or

There is space for everything within this ampoule kit that
is needed during an operation. The most important things
are immediately to hand by one snatch. The focal point of
ampoule kits is the factor break resistance. PAX knows that
during an operation it can be rough and thus the ampoule
kits are protected all around. The medicaments are stored
safely by the carefully incorporated foam material. Furthermore in addition plastic sheets are used in the bottom and
in the cover. On the lid there is a large see-through field.
Thus content lists or another labelling can be fixed easily, respectively will be put behind the foil and can be exchanded
at any time. The ampoule loops are sufficient for e.g. 40
ampoules à 1-2 ml, 12 ampoules à 5 ml, 10 ampoules à
10 ml and up to 5 injection ampoules.

Transport & Evacuation Stretcher
This particular light carrying sheet can also be used as evacuation sheet. In order to do so
the sheet will be put on like a diaper (there are corresponding holders) and the casualty
will be pulled out of the danger area. The grinding area is supported with a very durable
material. The stretcher comes in a MOLLE bag.
