Sessions are at 11.30pm, 12.30pm, 1.30pm and 2.30pm and last approximately thirty minutes. There are ten spaces for children in each session. Everyday Magic’s cds are also for sale and these sessions are sponsored by Thomas’s Schools Foundation. Do also visit the TSF stall in the High Street. Visit the marquee under the trees to see Yoga at the RAD. Laura and Gideon are giving demonstrations throughout the day. Groundwork Games for all the family. A chance for all age groups to enjoy giant Jenga, a tug of war, chess, draughts, skittles, giant dominos, sack racing, backgammon and hula hoops. Hot and cold drinks, soup, snacks and lunches, chips and cream teas and a chance to take the weight off your feet! The Woofs to Kittys Dog Show Follow the signs to the Thomas’s carpark. The show begins at 2.00pm. Collect an application form from the show area, Friends of Battersea Square table or The Big Cafe and register your dog from 11.00am. Take a look at their stall in the High Street and find the church by following the signs and balloon trail at the north end of the Square. The church will be open from 11.00am until 2.00pm. Do take a look around this fascinating church. It is a Grade 1 Listed Georgian building associated with William Blake, J.M.W Turner and Benjamin Arnold. There is an Organ recital at the church today at 1.00pm by Tyrone Whiting, the Organ Scholar and Director of Music. It is free of charge and lasts about forty minutes. What’s happening on the stage today? The Masters of Ceremonies for today’s live entertainment are Ben Thomas and David Wheatley of Thomas’s Battersea The Worshipful Mayor of Wandsworth, Councillor Jane Cooper JP will open proceedings from the stage in Battersea Square at 11.00am 11.00am to 1.00pm The Gentlemen of St John’s – famous a capella group sings the sounds of summer www.gentlemenofstjohns.co.uk Thomas’s School Jazz Band www.thomas-s.co.uk Demonstrations of Zumba with Kristen Join her classes at the Royal Academy on Thursdays at 7pm www.fitnessbykristen.com Tommy Moody and friends demonstrates Capoeira, a mixture of street dance and martial arts from Brazil, now sweeping the country. Gemma joined Southbank Sinfonia 2008 and now lives in Battersea.
