12. To change oils: Remove the nebulizer from the pump and put
any remaining oil back into its original bottle. Note: The oil
never contacts any metal or plastic parts so there is no chance of
contamination. Clean as per directions in #10 and refill using
directions #2 through #7 above.
TROUBLESHOOTING INSTRUCTIONS
W hen your diffuser is functioning properly, your essential oil
should eventually disappear from the nebulizer while the pump is on.
If this does not happen, check the following:

Is the pump plugged into an electrical outlet and is the tubing
properly attached to the pump?
Is the pump functioning properly? Remove the nebulizer from
the pump. Plug the pump in and feel for air coming from the
pump air outlet. If it is, you will know that your pump is
working.
Is the nebulizer functioning properly? Have you followed the
assembly, operating and cleaning instructions precisely? If the
oil is not being dispersed into the air, transfer the oil back into
your oil bottle, wash out with warm soapy water, then soak the
nebulizer in rubbing alcohol for an hour. You can even try
diffusing a little bit of alcohol.
W ARRANTY INFORM ATION
Your aromatherapy pump is under warranty for a period
of one-year. If your pump should malfunction due to a
manufacturer’s defect during this time period, you will need to call
the phone number below to get an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number, send the defective pump, a copy of your
original receipt, and a check for $7.50 to cover shipping/handling.
The pump will either be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Overfilling the nebulizer will harm your pump by clogging the
air outlet valve and the plastic tubing. This will void your
warranty. W arranty does not include replacement of the pump
when oil is spilled onto the plastic housing.
