The restaurant serves lunch and dinner 7 days per week . We offer family friendly dining with a children’s play area, as well as a private meeting room for business gatherings and presentations or private events, all within full view of our own craft brewery. The restaurant is very much “farm-to-fork,” working closely with North Carolina pasture raised beef farmers supplying beef with no hormones added and antibiotic-free meat that we grind daily to make our hamburgers and all-beef hotdogs. We also make two types of veggie burgers for non-meat eaters. We use no artificial sweeteners, no high fructose corn syrup, and no hydrogenated oils. We are also a full scale working brewery and brew our own beer. We have up to eight beers on-tap at any given time creating fresh ales and lagers rotating seasonally throughout the year. Come in, slow down, and enjoy a fresh beer and burger at one of Durham’s finest. Fullsteam Brewery mission is to explore what it means to be a distinctly Southern brewery. As we pursue this creative quest, we craft beer with local, seasonal ingredients -- anything from North Carolina six-row barley, grits, basil, honey, paw paws, persimmons, sweet potatoes, oats...the list goes on and on. We seek no less than to build a Southern beer economy. In 2012, our namesake beer, Fullsteam, won gold in the US Beer Open in the American Amber category. We also won silver for our El Toro cream ale and a bronze for an IPA brewed with kumquats. Daily food trucks provide an everchanging array of eating options. Enjoy ping-pong, vintage video games and pinball, or just hanging out at our indoor/outdoor beer garden. Join us at the "friendliest room in Durham." We are a locally owned craft brewery situated in downtown Durham, North Carolina. Triangle Brewing Company is dedicated to producing well balanced, fullflavored, yet highly drinkable Belgian and American style ales. Triangle beers are made with the finest hops and barley malt. Seeing beer as equal to, if not superior to, wine, Triangle beers are designed to complement food. Because of this effort, soon one will be able to walk into any fine restaurant and pub in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill region and be pretty sure of finding a Triangle beer available.
