Each course will highlight a specific wine from the extensive wine list. Havana is American fine dining with a Latin flair, great atmosphere, and a sophisticated menu. Cruises, dinners and trips must be arranged directly with the donors at a mutually convenient date and are subject to availability. Winning bidders are expected to take special care with the property of private donors. 5. The auctioneer shall determine the winning bidder and may reopen the bidding at his discretion in the case of a discrepancy. 6. All items have been donated to the SPCA of Hancock County Benefit Fur Ball and are sold by it and not by the donors. Purchasers may not ask for refunds or exchanges from the donor. 7. All items are non-transferable. Silent Auction 1. The Silent Auction will begin at 5:30 p.m. Items will be available for viewing and bidding until 7:30 p.m. 2. Silent Auction bids are to be made by placing your sticker, which includes your name and bid number, on the bid sheet next to the amount you wish to bid. 3. The highest bidder on any item becomes the purchaser of such item at the full amount of his/her successful bid. 4. Bidding for the Silent Auction will close by 7:30 p.m. 5.
