26 percent in the next
two years.

A Harris Interactive survey
of more than 3,000 hiring
managers and HR professionals, recently released
by CareerBuilder, indicates that 36 percent of
companies surveyed will
hire contract or temp
workers this year, up from
28 percent in 2009.

Temp workers are staying in their jobs longer – an average of 13.8 weeks – according
to the American Staffing Association.
Forecasts for holiday/seasonal hiring look
good, says the National Retail Federation.
It predicts retailers will hire up to 500,000
seasonal workers in 2012.

MANUAL LATHE/MILLS MACHINIST $18-$25 (TTH) - This is a
2nd Shift Position. This person must have knowledge of G
Code. This person will create/edit/modify small programs;
work with minimum supervision; experience working with
large components (3500 lbs.); establish and maintain data
sheets and maintain material traceability; perform daily
routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Compliance with all rules and regulations regarding safety
and Company policy; must be mathematically inclined.
Must be able to select appropriate tools/fixtures to complete setups with minimal supervision; perform various machining operations requiring multiple setups; must be able
to evaluate machinery to meet requirements and complete work with minimal supervision. Must be able to troubleshoot and solve minor problems with little or no supervision; must be able to identify possible problems before
beginning production. Previous CNC experience with various equipment. This person must have at least 3-5 years of
experience with operating CNC Mills & Horizontal Haas

PAYROLL SPECIALIST/PAYROLL MANAGER - Overall responsibility for processing multi-state bi-monthly payroll
for the company using ADP including time and attendance, employee master file maintenance, set up
of earnings and deduction codes and check distribution. Must be familiar with all aspects of payroll including time collection, data entry, employee maintenance, payroll taxes, taxable fringe benefits, wage
garnishments and payroll accounting. Review quarterly payroll reports including tax filings and insure W-2’s
are accurate. Assist with benefits and human resource duties. Requirements:
 Experience with ADP software.
 Experience with Reportsmith report writer or other
report writers.
 E-time experience a plus
 Working knowledge of payroll best practices
 Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations
