expertise: integrated digital strategy, web usability; online PR &
online media monitoring; online media placement; social media &
online community strategy, online crisis management. He has
handled many clients from many industries such automotive, public
service, consulting service, FMCG, Beauty and Cosmetics,
pharmaceutical, non profit organization etc.
He is also a trainer and guest lecture with almost 200 hours training
and class teaching in digital marketing and social media.He has done

experience in the field has made her a valuable leader of
Sales & Service Performance Improvement Project Teams,
Coach and Trainer. Since his passion was in sales, he took
the opportunity to be a Consumer Liabilities &
Telesales Manager at LippoBank.Then in the next three
years, he moved out to a higher position as a Telesales
Program Manager at Bank Danamon. He ended Banking
Industry carrier at CIMB Niaga with the latest position as
a National Division Head – Direct Sales Funding. Now he is
facilitator with delivering talented and good
performance especially at technical & hard competencies

Payakumbuh, November 12th,1967. They have two children:
Gratia Magna Triharsa (Jakarta, November 7th, 2004) and
Amadeo Cordatus Triharsa (Jakarta, June 12th, 2006).
