
All the state association are requested to submit their entries via email at
[email protected] last by 15 October 2013.

All the state association are requested to submit their Registration Fee of Rs. 1000/- per
participant last by 15 October 2013.

Federation will be unable to provide food and accommodation facility to the Entries
submitted after 15 October 2013.

Participants are requested to bring along there date of birth proof.

The Last page of this Invitation contains Individual Declaration form.

It is compulsory for each participant to fill the Individual Declaration.

The photograph on the Individual Declaration form must be attested by the Secretary
General of the State association.
