As a student, a parent of a student, artist, teacher, art collector,
advertiser, fellow art administrator or art patron, you have played
a very important part in the success of The Baum School of Art. You
have helped the School fulfill its commitment to promoting the arts,
teaching and changing lives!
Thank you for your past and continued support.
The Baum School offers unique and tremendously valuable
opportunities for students of all ages to discover and pursue
their talents and interest in the visual arts.
As a true
community art school located in a center-city setting amongst
diverse neighborhoods, we strive to work in partnership with
Allentown’s educational system, community and economic
development programs, health and human service agencies,
collaborative arts initiatives, and many others to both
enhance the quality of life in Allentown and the Lehigh Valley

As you read the following pages I hope you will be as excited as I
am to see what a wonderful year The Baum School has experienced.
Whether you consider the number and diversity of students served
in our many classes, workshops and scholarship programs, or the
outstanding exhibitions in the David E. Rodale Gallery, or the
numerous community and fundraising events held in the Fowler East
Wing… there is always something inspiring and innovative happening.
