Customer agrees to the following:
 Purchasing all seats as indicated on this form for all of the 2016 Erie Otters Home Playoff games
(minimum of two and a maximum of 16) at the Erie Insurance Arena. Customer will receive $1.00 off of
the advanced price per ticket per game listed above.
 Customer agrees to provide a valid credit card or pay cash in advance of each game for all ticket
purchases.
 Seats will not be held for individual game purchases if not purchased through this package.
Payment Information
 Customer may pay by cash or credit card.
 First Two Guaranteed Home Games: Payment must be received at least three (3) days before the 1st
scheduled game or as soon as the date is set if less than three (3) days away.
 All subsequent home games in any series will be processed as soon as the game is deemed necessary.
 Tickets will be available for pick-up at the Will Call Window, at the Erie Otters Office, or emailed at home.
 A club level fee of $10 per ticket will be charged for all non PSL holders.
