LITTERS
Executive Council
deadlines
Notice: Publication of these Notices is on the basis that a Litter Notification has been received by the New
Zealand Kennel Club at the closing date of this column, usually the 1st of the month preceding publication.
Publication in this magazine is no guarantee that the dog can or will be registered with the New Zealand Kennel
club. Registration is a separate procedure and will not necessarily be completed at the date of sale of a puppy.
Purchasers of dogs should obtain a written undertaking from breeders that the puppy being purchased is or
will be registered with the New Zealand Kennel club and will be transferred by the breeder into the name of the
purchaser within fourteen days of the date of purchase.
We prefer to receive papers by email,
as PDFs or Word.Docs. The next
three meetings of Executive Council,
and deadlines for all reports and
correspondence, are as follows.

Both Cook Strait ferry companies are continuing their discounted fares to NZKC members. Which you choose is
up to you - check sailing times and fares on offer for your vehicle and passengers. Some fares are below. While
cheaper cash fares may sometimes be available, check the conditions. Fares under NZKC offers can be
changed without penalty up to an hour before sailing. Both companies charge trailers as an additional

2009/2010 SHOW DATES
A Club’s show date is not listed until a licence has been granted by the New Zealand Kennel Club. If a show date for a Club does not appear or is incorrect the Secretary of the Club should contact the New Zealand Kennel Club urgently. Associated Show Clubs must make specific application for a

My true friend, honest and faithful as they
come
You were always there when I needed you,
devoted, loving and true.
Thank you for sharing your life with me
and giving me so many happy memories.
Now empty hearted, saddened with tears
I must let you go, but we will meet again
my “Princess” and side by side we will
stand together. Soul maes are forever.
Loved always
