Calvin Tibbs began his cleaning business career
after leaving the military back in 1990. His
participation in a specialized training program for
people with management experience but no
janitorial background, lead to various assignments,
including services on behalf of CSM during the
1996 Olympics. Mr. Tibbs attended Janitor
University in Utah and shared concept cleaning
models to provide systematic cleaning solutions

within project sites. Currently, CSM accounts
benefit from his inspection techniques which assist account managers with quality control. He currently serves as an Internal Inspector/Auditor for CSM and developed one
of the company's first performance-based awards program. The standards included
employee attendance and the cleanliness within the assigned work area.
Recently Mr. Tibbs assisted in the development of a process we call CM 2 (squared). It
is a 100 point grading system, including a formula that allows CSM to capture information and develop it into meaningful data which is integrated into the cleaning regiment.

Send a “Kid to Camp” Winner Michael Mendez!
CSM awarded its first “Send a Kid to Camp” $1,000 scholarship to 9-year-old Michael
Mendez. Michael is a 4th grade student at Peachtree Elementary School. He was
selected after submitting an award-winning essay. The essay can be read in its
entirety on page three. Michael is attending the Emagination Computer Camp at Mercer
University’s Atlanta Campus. The camp balances cutting edge technology with traditional
summer camp activities; Michael will attend one two week session.
There is one computer per camper and the program is tailored for beginners to advanced “techies”.
The camp features three “tech” workshops per session with topics such
as digital art, video game design, ‘discover’ building skills (robotics),
computer systems, and programming. The Emagination Computer
Camps have four locations throughout the United States and attract
youth from all over the country and around the world. Junior Campers
ages 8-10 are called Kilobytes. They have a special counselor, eat meals
and do recreational activities together. There is no doubt that this camp
is a life changing opportunity for Michael. Congratulations!

Winning Essay by Michael Mendez May 28, 2008 CSM’s
“Send a Kid to Camp”
I would like to go to the Emagination camp because it would help me do things that I’ve never done on a
computer. And in the future I will make hundreds of computers and those computers will change people’s lives by
the work I have done for them and for the people that I love and care for. Right now I don’t have a computer but
when I have a chance to get on a computer I can see a different world. I see a lot of websites for kids and adults
too. I see the pictures when I go to the school web pages. I can download lots of stuff. When I grow up I want to
fix computers just like my daddy did before he died. I will make games and robots and toys. I will make software
too. After I learn everything I need to learn, I will teach other kids what I learned . I think computers are great
They can help police catch the bad guys and show the evidence to the judge. Computers help to make good TV
shows like Disney channel.com, Hanna Montana, Zack and Cody. I love those shows. Please let me show you that I
am a fast and creative learner. I will be on time to learn each day and will behave good. Thank you very much.

As a “value added service” this component promotes continuous improvement and provides an internal snap shot
of the work performed. Recently a handheld electronic device has been employed to capture this information in
real time during building, increasing speed and data efficiency. This software is currently being used within the prestigious Coca Cola Company, one of CSM's longest standing clients.
Our mission is to provide a quality
cleaning service that surpasses all
competitors while delivering a pristine
working environment.
