Research and apply for scholarships.
Careers Tab
Your child can
take a Career
and Personality
inventory. This
will help your
child explore
careers and
college majors
that might be a
good fit for
him/her.
About Me Tab
This is where
you can check
your
Class Rank
and GPA each
semester.
Understanding Your GPA and Class Rank
• Your GPA is your unweighted GPA (4.0 scale).
• Your weighted GPA takes into account your Honors,
PreAP, and AP courses.
• Your Class Rank is based on your weighted GPA.
Building Your High School Resume
The resume section
of Naviance is a great
tool to help you keep
up with your
activities, awards,
volunteer hours, etc.,
while you are in high
school. You will need
this information when
you begin applying to
colleges during your
senior year. Try to
keep up with this
information during
each of your high
school years. It will
make that part of
your college
application process a
little easier.
Please see your grade level
counselor if you have questions
related to your Naviance
account.
