NCFF CLUB OUTING
Sunnybrook Trout Club
October 10, 2016
•
This is a Club Special by Doug Lamb, owner of Sunnybrook to familiarize you with the
property and arouse your further interest in the Club.
•
The stream is Cold Water creek that originates in several Blue Holes and upstream it feeds
the State Fish Hatchery that raises all the steelhead for Ohio. The stream is open year round
because of the spring water and is truly a Spring Creek. Sunnybrook is comprised of 130
acres of farmland, meadows, woodlands and manicured lawns. The two miles of meandering
stream affords members an ample expanse of fishing opportunities.
•
Sunnybrook Trout Club, located on Rt. 6 and Rt. 2 in Sandusky, has over 2 miles of
manicured streams and a warm water lake on the property. Take Rt. 90 west to Rt. 2 split in
