BELTEC weighing system is the recommended
solution for continuous weighing and totalization of
granulated products shipped with a band conveyor.
BELTEC it is made in HEAVY-DUTY construction with
high precision because of multiple roller weighing.
BELTEC system contains two or many rollers sets
installed on a load frame receiver.
Many roller assemblies increases the precision and
the stability over a belt length and a longer period
of time.
The system can be installed on any type of conveyor
with a leaning between 0 and 30 degrees.
Given the length of the conveyor and the required
precision conditions we chose the solution to weigh
a band of approximately 2m lengths. In this case
resulting in a accuracy less than 1% and as well a
very good weighing repetability. The install of this
scale it is made in one single day (8 hours).

BELT SCALE
The scope of this product is to weigh a conveyor about 2 meters lengh by delivering a 4 Flintec-Germany loadcells
UB6-200/500kg-C3 in execution IP68/IP69. The scale sustain 2 supports with rollers, the distance between the
supports is 1 m.
They are useing the existing roller supports of the conveyor being mounted on the scale with screws. Align supports
roller on the scales with other roller supports of the band is in strict compliance with FLINTAB drawings.
The speed is measured with an tachometer encoder -KUBLER type- Germany, with roll near the scale on the conveyor
return.
The loadcells and the encoder are connected to an digital display Systec Germany type IT6000E with special
software for monitoring the conveyor speed , the material flowand total transported weight.
The digital display has RS232 communication protocol or on demand other type of communication: PROFIBUS DP
PLC-Siemens communication and 4...20mA.
All the used components have the CE mark.

For the execution of the belt scale we need all conveyor data(cross-cut section) in order
to correlate the scale sizce with the conveyor frame.

like RS232, 20mA CL, RS422, RS485, setting as data
transmission, printer interface for printing the weighig

operation system and all the applications installed,
including antivirus.
