Conveyor- Transporter
A conveyor system is a common piece of mechanical handling equipment that
moves materials from one location to another. Conveyor systems allow quick and
efficient transportation for a wide variety of materials, which make them very
popular in the material handling and packaging industries.

 AIM: To design an economically feasible conveyor with high
productive capacity
Scope and Objective
 As a topic of graduation project is proposed to design of
industrial belt conveyor, with productivity of ,approximately,
a 1000 t/hour, with 1000 mm width and a conveying speed of
4 m/s and a length of 1000 m and a composition having one
overload the truck.

3 students can be involved to implement this project, allocating separate work to each
student and to design separate parts of conveyor:
 Conveyor Frame & Belt Type
 Unloading, Loading Carts
& Belt Tightening
 Drive Pulley and Electromotor
All three graduate students doing general parametric calculation of the conveyor on
the basis of a given technology enterprise productivity and economic justification of
the selected type of industrial vehicles. In addition, general view of the machine
would be drawn. This project involves not only individual tasks, but also team
works such as designing 3D model, constructing model prototype and simulating a
model.
