1. Exhibitors and their contractors are requested to erect and dismantle exhibits within the stipulated times. Due to the
strict arrangement of working hours in CIEC, Exhibitors who, for any reason, require overtime work in the exhibition
hall should be aware that additional charges will be incurred.
2. All overtime applications should be submitted before 15:30 on the day in question. All the overtime charges are
required to be settled by the applicants on-site at theExhibitorsServiceReception,CIEC on the lobby between
Hall 2 and Hall 3.

2.1.1OFFICIAL CONTRACTOR TO BE APPOINTED FOR
EACH OF THE FOLLOWING ROLES.
Exhibitors can only enter the CIEC by
showing their Exhibitor Badges.
Badge holders must pass in and out of
entrances through the ticket checker;
otherwise no entry is possible.
STANDFITTING AND INTERIORS
FREIGHT FORWARDING (ON SITE AND FROM LOCAL
PORT/ AIRPORT).
2.3 Visitor Ticket
These contractors work with their local equivalent and
pay commissions or taxes as required to the halls,
Association or Government as notified.
According to the regulations
of the CIEC, visitors can
only enter the CIEC by
means of a pass. Those
without them can obtain visitor passes by showing their
business card at the ticket office.
OUTSIDE STAND CONTRACTOR
In some circumstances it is possible for two or three
supervisors from another contracting firm in the field of
standfitting to be admitted but they must employ local
labor provided by the authorities and requisitioned
through the Official Contractor.
Pass holders must enter and exit
through the ticket checker;
otherwise no re-entry is
possible.
If an exhibitor or national group employs another such
contractor, he is personally responsible for applying for
prior approval, Construction Passes and paying the
construction & power administration fee levied by CIEC.
No responsibility will be accepted by the organizers
unless the official appointed contractor is employed.

FREIGHT FORWARDING CONTRACTOR
No freight forwarding contractor other than the official
appointed company will be permitted to work on site
under any circumstances. Packing and unpacking labor
must be ordered through the Official Forwarder and
provided by the appropriate authorities.
2.4 Plants and flowers rental application
According to CIEC, green plants shall be rented
from CIEC flower and plants office. All plants and
flowers carried by exhibitors by the exhibitors shall be
charged for administration.
The plants and flowers categories and price are
listed in form 9.
2.5 Overtime Work Application and Pricing
2.1.2 At least 0.60-meter clearance between existing hall
walls and stand walls is required.
2.1.3 At least a 3 meters wide aisle or passageway
between rows of stands is required.
Exhibitors and their contractors are requested to erect and
dismantle exhibits within the stipulated time. Due to the
strict arrangement of working hours in CIEC, Exhibitors
who, for any reason, require overtime work in the
exhibition hall should be aware that additional charges
will be incurred.
2.1.4 All stand contractors, other than the appointed
Official Contractor, must fax their construction plansto
the Construction Administration Office, CIEC and circuit
diagram & total power requirements to the Power
Administration Office, CIEC. Moreover they must settle
the on-site construction management fee directly to
Construction Administration Office and power supplying
and management fee directly to Power Administration
Office before they move in.
All exhibitors must adhere to these rules to ensure
smooth operations on site.
All overtime applications should be submitted before
15:00 of the same day. All the overtime charges are
required to be settled by the applicants on-site at the
exhibit producerreception,in the lobby between Hall 2
and Hall 3. Late applications will incur a 30% surcharge.

2.9 Volume Regulations
Operation Time
In order to provide all exhibitors with a
favorable exhibition environment, sound
meters will be used to measure noise
levels on site. The maximum permitted
volume is 70db.Singing and dancing
performances are forbidden.

Booths not abiding by these rules will be warned, and for
those which do not take appropriate action, electricity
will be cut off. The Exhibitors shall bear the
responsibility for any and all consequences arising .
The price for overtime work:

00:00 - 08:30 RMB 5,000 per hour
2.10 Force Majeure
2.6 Liabilities and Insurance
The exhibition may be postponed,
shortened or extended due to any cause
whatsoever beyond the control of the
Organizers. The Organizers shall not be
responsible for any loss sustained by
the exhibitors directly or indirectly attributable to the
elements or nature or Force Majeure including orders or
directives imposed by any governmental authority. In the
event of such circumstances, the money paid by the
exhibitors is refundable at the sole discretion of the
Organizers.
The Organizers will not accept liability for loss of, or
damage to, any exhibits at any time. Exhibitors are
advised to insure their exhibits against theft, loss or
damage, including the risk of fire, throughout the
exhibition, including building up and dismantling
periods.
2.7 Fire Precautions
Use of any materials likely to cause ignition or
combustion is strictly prohibited.
2.11 Authority on Premises
Exhibitors are responsible for keeping all such materials
out of the exhibition premises. Exhibitors who, because
of the nature of their exhibits, require a special type of
fire extinguisher, must make arrangements at their own
cost for the provision of such equipment.
The Organizers shall be responsible for and be entitled to
act as the owner of the premises during the exhibition,
including build up and dismantling periods.
Any person who knows of an outbreak of fire, however
slight, must take immediate action to use the fire alarm
system, and subsequently use every endeavor to
extinguish the fire or to confine it by the use of
extinguishers and/or removal of goods in the vicinity.
An exhibitor intending to demonstrate equipment on his
stand must:
2.12 Demonstrations and Working Exhibits
2.13.1 Provide the Organizers with full details in writing
of any working exhibits involved.
2.13.2 Give proper consideration to the conditions under
which the exhibits will be demonstrated.
2.13.3 Exhibitors must cause no annoyance to visitors or
to other exhibitors. Where a high level of noise or other
objectionable factor is involved, demonstrations may
only take place at the times as stipulated by the
Organizers, who reserve the right to terminate a
demonstration at any time; for example, the use of a PA
system or soundtrack on the exhibitor's stand.
2.8 Censorship
All promotional materials, give-aways and audio-visual
presentations (films, videotapes and slides) must be
approved by the appropriate authorities.
All exhibitors must comply with this regulation. Please
contact the Official Forwarder to make arrangements.

2.13 Hall Damage

closing by showing their badge or other valid documents

Exhibitors are responsible for the cost of making good,
restoring or renewing in all cases of damage to the
exhibition premises or any part thereof, whether caused
by themselves, their agents or contractors or by any
person or persons employed or engaged on behalf of any
such agent or contractor.

Exhibitors occupying shell stands are also responsible for
making good, restoring or renewing the damage to shell
stand structure, floor covering, light fittings, or any part
thereof, whether caused by themselves, their agents or
contractors or by any persons or persons employed or
engaged on behalf of any agent or contractor. The cost of
making good of damage will be assessed by the Official
Contractor and such expenses will be charged to the
exhibitor. The Organizers, in conjunction with the
landlords, will inspect the site before build up and after
dismantling of the exhibition.

2.14 Parking Permit
According to China International Exhibition Center (Old
Hall) regulations, during the build-up period (March
21-23, 2016) exhibitor vehicles may enter the Center
temporarily according to the following criteria:

Below 5 passengers (Beijing license plate): First
hour free, second and subsequent hours 20

 Below 5 passengers (Other city’
s license plate):
First hour free, second and subsequent hours, 20
Yuan/hr; A 200 Yuan deposit must be paid,
refundable in full at the end of the period.
 Over 5 passengers (Beijing license plate): 50

refundable in full at the end of the period.
Please note that during the exhibition period (March
24-26, 2016) exhibitor car park passes are no longer
available. Your understanding is requested.

A “Responsibility Agreement for Construction
Security”should be signed between the legal person
of the booth construction contractor and the
exhibitor.

The signed confirmation of the “Responsibility
Agreement for Exhibition Security and Fire
Protection”, a copy of the Company Business
License of the booth construction contractor and
License for Special Type of Work.


Floorplan and all drawings for free-standing booths

1. The builders shall strictly abide by the"Safety
Regulations on Large-scale Social Activities in Beijing",
"Interim Fire Safety Regulations on Exhibitions, and
Trade Shows in Beijing", "Regulations in the
Construction of Exhibition Facilities in China
International Exhibition Center", "The Detailed
Implementation Rules in the Construction of Exhibition
Facilities in China International Exhibition Center", "The

2. Before construction the builders shall undergo the
procedures of registration of their construction
qualifications, construction blueprints for approval, etc.

3. The builders are responsible for safety and fire
prevention in the construction sites and should appoint a
person in charge of safety and fire prevention work

built. Fire-retardant or fire-proof materials should be
used throughout, and the use of elastic cloth and textile
cotton fabrics for decoration is prohibited.

5. Hanging or securing of the booth structure to the
top of the exhibition hall, pillars, the railings of second
floor and on the various special pipelines, is prohibited.
All the structures should be connected to the main
structure of their own booth. Using the grid on the top of
the exhibition hall as a tool for hoisting booth structures
is strictly prohibited.

Hall 2-Hall 5: the height limit under the eaves of the

6. Before the building of two-storey booths or a booth
with complex structures and the open-air booths, the
construction units are required to provide a detailed plan
of the structure of the booth bearing the stamp of
approval by a recognized design institute with relevant
qualifications and the stamp of a registered construction
engineer at National Level 1 and an audit report. From
design to construction the stand builders should take full
account of Booth security, ensuring that all connections
of the booth structures and the overall structure of the
booth are secure.
Hall 6-Hall 7: the height limit is 5 meters, under the
cross Cable-Stayed shoring at the column near the
entrance of the side doors in the hall the height limit is
4.5 meters;
Hall 8: the height limit is 5 meters, in the front hall near
the entrance of Hall A and Hall B and under the eaves
the height limit is 2.8 meters, under the ventilation pipes
the height limit is 4 meters;
7. In the building of two-storey booths, fire
extinguishers which have passed the annual inspection
must be supplied.
10. Wind protection measures must be taken for
outdoor booths to ensure the robustness and stability of
the booth structures.
8. Booth structures in the exhibition hall shall not be
allowed to block the fire facilities, electrical equipment,
emergency exits oraisles. Floor structures must be within
the boundaries of the booth and the structure edge should
have a gentle slope leading to the aisles to prevent a step
which might cause bodily harm. Construction of booth
structures, booths, whole floor structures, stacking of a
variety of goods or any other obstruction of the fire
shutter doors is prohibited. Any form of packing or
shielding around the columns near the fire shutter doors
is prohibited to ensure the smooth movement of the fire
shutter doors.
11. Exhibitors must use only tempered glass for
decoration and must ensure its toughness and thickness
(for glass walls, the minimum glass thickness is 8mm).
The glass installtiosn shall be appropriate and reliable.
When installing glass, it should be fitted into metal
frames or fixed with special metal pieces, with elastic
materials as cushions between metal and glass for safety.
Put obvious warnings on big pieces of glass. Don’t fix
pillars and walls on glass-made floors, fix them on the
solid floors under them instead.
12. Materials used for building booths shall be in
conformity with the standards of materials used for
temporary buildings set by the government branch
concerned and with the standards of environmental
protection. In addition, the materials chosen shall
reflect the characteristics of the exhibition.
9. The heights of booths with special equipment
should not exceed the stated limits:
Hall 1: In the first storey the height limit is 4.4 meters,
under the ventilation pipes the height limit is 4.4 meters,
under the static pressure box near the toilet and under the
air inlet the height limit is 3.6 meters, in the middle hall
between Hall A and Hall B the height limit is 4 meters;

is 3.4 meters, under the ventilation pipes the height limit
13. There is no cigarette smoking in the exhibition
hall. No flammable or explosive materials shall be
used and no naked flame (i.e. blowtorch) used during
the construction.

3.1.4Stand fitting Regulations
When constructing adjacent stands, contractors must use
fireproof materials in the common connection between
the stands. No inappropriate decoration will be allowed.
The Organizing Committee has the right to supervise the
results of the construction process. .
16. Neon lights must not be used for decoration.
Electrical equipment and materials(such as lightings)
must have CCC on them and shall be installed and
used according to the standards and procedures
concerning the use of electricity set by the Beijing
municipal government. Electrical equipment shall be
connected by double insulated cables and the
terminals must be kept in insulated boxes without
been exposed.

No Part of any structure may extend beyond the
boundaries of the site allocated.

No suspension can be made from the ceiling of the
exhibition hall nor may any attachment be made to
the floor, walls, or any other part of the building
without the approval of the Organizers.

Exhibitors who wish to construct a false ceiling at
their stand must submit drawings in duplicate to the
Organizers for prior approval.

Dimensional drawings in triplicate, showing the
proposed design of the stand must be submitted to
the Construction Administration Office for prior
approval before March 4, 2016

One copy of the drawings will be returned,
authorizing the construction to proceed if the design
is acceptable. Failure to obtain approval can result in
costly alterations on site being required by the
Construction Administration Office.

Raw Space Exhibitors must provide suitable floor
covering, such as carpet, for their stands.

The outer surfaces of Free Design exhibits must be
surfaced and decorated if visible from the aisles.
17. Power is supplied 24 hours a day, by CIEC, but
it is not for unremitting use.
18. Builders shall not use the fixed facilities (such as
power distribution boxes, water supplies, gas supplies,
etc.) in the exhibition hall. Lightings, sockets,
switchboards and the like for outdoor use must be
water-proof, and electrical equipment for outdoor use
must be placed within waterproof housings.
19. After the opening of the exhibition, builders
shall appoint a staff member to stayin the hall and
monitor safety.
20. After the exhibition, builders shall move all
building materials away from the hall and do the
cleaning necessary with no materials left in the
exhibition hall.
3.1.5
21. The department supervising booth building
reserves the right to impose restrictions in special
circumstances. Department officials have the right to
enter booths for inspection.
Electrical Installation
All electrical installations on stands must be carried out
by the Official Contractor and the China International
Exhibition Center.For exhibitors who have Free Design
stand bookings, the number and type of electrical fittings
and installation required must be communicated to the
Official Contractor for prior approval before Feb. 17,
2016. Shell Scheme exhibitors are reminded that their
stands are provided with electrical fittings.
22. Builders shall bear responsibility for all
accidents (including death, fire, damages to the
facilities in the hall, etc.) rising from violations of the

3.1.6 Dismantling Regulations
3.1.9
Exhibitors and their constructors have the responsibility
of dismantling and removing all their belongings.
This includes the exhibit, booth structure, display shelves
and garbage, all of which must be removed from the
exhibition hall while dismantling the booth.
According to the regulations of CIEC, the constructors
must pay a certain sum of money to the Construction
Administration Office as a risk deposit. If the
constructors haven't cleaned the space before the deadline,
depending on the severity, CIEC will retain a certain
amount of risk deposit from the constructor until the
penalties are fully compensated.

The Agreement on Safety Responsibilities in the Construction of the Special Booths in
China International Exhibition Center
(i)
The builders shall strictly abide by the" Safety Regulations on Large-scale Social Activities in Beijing", "Interim
Fire Safety Regulations on Exhibitions, and Trade Shows in Beijing", "Regulations in the Construction of
Exhibition Facilities in China International Exhibition Center", "The Detailed Implementation Rules in the
Construction of Exhibition Facilities in China International Exhibition Center", "The Rules in the Use of Water,
Electricity and Compressed Air in China International Exhibition Center", "The Penalty Rules in the
Construction of Exhibition Facilities in China International Exhibition Center", "The Environmental
Requirements in the Construction of Exhibition Facilities in China International Exhibition Center" and other
relevant rules and regulations, and put all their construction activities under the management and supervision
and inspection of the relevant departments of China International Exhibition Center (hereinafter referred to as
CIEC) Group Corporation to ensure the safety of the booths and personnel.
(ii)
Before construction the builders shall undergo the procedures of registration of their construction qualifications,
construction blueprints for approval, etc. in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations of CIEC Group
Corporation, and pay the related fees.
(iii)
The builders are responsible for safety and fire prevention in the construction sites; they should appoint a
designated person to be responsible for safety and fire prevention.
(iv)
The booth structure should be solid and secure. Fire-retardant or fire-proof materials should be used
throughout in booth construction, and the use of elastic cloth and textile cotton fabrics for decoration is
prohibited.
(v)
Hanging or binding of the booth structure on the top of the exhibition hall, pillars, the railings of second
floor and on the various special pipelines, is prohibited. All the structures should be connected to the main
structure of its own booth. Using the grid on the top of the exhibition hall as a tool for hoisting booth
structures is strictly prohibited.
(vi)
Before the building of two-storey booths or a booth with complex structures, the construction units are
required to provide a detailed plan of the structure of the booth bearing the stamp of approval by certain
design institute with relevant qualifications and the stamp of a registered construction engineer at National
Level 1 and an audit report. From design to construction the construction units should take full account of
Booth security, ensuring that all connections of the booth structures and the overall structure of the booth are
firm. Second floor area should not exceed 1/3 of the area of the first floor, and the staircase is straight ladder
cannot be a spiral staircase, and cannot be capped.
(vii)
In the building of two-storey booths, fire extinguishers which have passed the annual inspection must be

(viii) Booth structures in the exhibition hall shall not be allowed to block the fire facilities, electrical equipment,

of glass. Pillars and walls should not be rested on glass floors; they should be fixed onto the solid floors
beneath them.
(xii)
Materials used for building booths shall be in conformity with the standards of materials used for temporary

(xxii) After the exhibition, builders shall move all building materials away from the hall and do the necessary
cleaning with no materials being left in the exhibition hall.

一、 严格遵守《北京市大型社会活动安全管理条例》、《北京市展览、展销活动消防安全管理暂行
规定》、
《中国国际展览中心展览施工管理规定》、
《中国国际展览中心展览施工管理规定实施细则》、
《中
国国际展览中心展览会用水、电及压缩空气管理规定》、
《中国国际展览中心展览施工管理处罚规定》、
《中
国国际展览中心展览施工环保规定》以及其它相关规章制度,服从中国国际展览中心集团公司主管部门
的施工管理和监督检查,保证展台和人身安全。
二、 施工前应按照中国国际展览中心集团公司有关规定办理施工资质登记备案、施工图纸报审等
手续,并交纳相关费用。
三、 施工现场的安全和防火由施工单位负责,施工单位须确定一名施工现场安全负责人,全面负
责施工现场的安全、防火工作。
四、 展台结构必须牢固、安全,搭建材料应使用难燃或阻燃的材料,禁止使用弹力布和针棉织品
做装饰材料。
五、 展台结构严禁在展馆顶部、柱子、二楼围栏及各种专用管线上吊挂、捆绑,所有结构应和展
台自身主体结构连接。严禁利用展馆顶部网架作为吊装展台结构的工具。
六、 馆内搭建二层或结构复杂的展台时须提供展台细部结构图并加盖有相关资质设计院审核章和
国家一级注册结构工程师印章及审核报告。从设计到施工应充分考虑展台的安全性,确保搭建展台各连
接点及展台整体结构的牢固性,二层面积应不超过首层面积的 1/3,并且楼梯是直梯不能是旋转楼梯,
并且不能封顶。
七、 搭建二层展台必须设置年检合格的灭火器,每 50 平米配备一个。
八、 展台结构不准遮挡展馆内的消防设施、电气设备、紧急出口和观众通道。搭建地台必须于展
位范围内部地台边缘处设置缓坡通向公共通道,防止地台与地面的落差造成人身伤害。展馆防火卷帘门
下不得搭建任何展架、展台、整体地台及堆放各种货物,防火卷帘门所处的展馆立柱严禁采取任何形式
的包裹及遮挡,保证防火卷帘门升降畅通。
九、 特装展台不得超过限定高度:
1 号馆:一层限高 4.4 米二层限高 3.4 米
2 - 5 号馆:二层檐下限高 2.8 米,中心区域限高 6 米
6 - 7 号馆:限高 5 米
8 号馆:限高 6 米,A、B 馆入口前厅及檐下限高 2.8 米,馆内通风管道下方限高 4 米
室外展台:限高 4.5 米
十、 室外搭建的展台要做好防风措施,确保展台结构的强度、刚度、稳定性以及局部稳定性。

十一、
使用玻璃材料装饰展台,必须采用钢化玻璃,要保证玻璃的强度、厚度(幕墙玻璃厚度
不小于 8mm),玻璃的安装方式应合理、可靠,必须制作金属框架或采用专业五金件进行玻璃安装,框
架及五金件与玻璃材料之间要使用弹性材料做垫层,确保玻璃使用安全。大面积玻璃材料应粘贴明显标
识,以防破碎伤人。若使用玻璃地台,则结构支撑立柱、墙体必须固定于地台下方,不得直接在光滑玻
璃面上方搭设展台结构。
十二、
展台搭建材料的选用要符合国家有关部门关于临时性建筑的材料用法标准并结合展览会
的特点合理选材,选材时应符合国家环保要求。
十三、
馆内严禁吸烟。展台施工不得使用易燃、易爆物品,禁止明火作业。
十四、
展台严禁采用全封闭式顶棚,展台顶棚不得阻挡展馆顶部消防设施,要保证展台顶棚至
少有 50%以上的平面开放面积,以确保展台的消防安全性。
十五、
展台搭建严禁有密闭式空间,易燃搭建物必须按展馆规定粉刷防火涂料。
十六、
展台施工人员应佩戴证件进场施工,严禁证件不符和倒证现象的发生,专业技术人员须
持上岗证施工。
十七、
严禁使用霓虹灯作为展台装饰照明。照明灯具等各种用电设施及材料应具有国家专业安
全认证,应按照北京市电气规程标准施工、安装、使用。电器连接安装应使用双层绝缘护套线,连接端
子必须完全封闭不行裸露并加盖绝缘盒。
十八、
中国国际展览中心提供的 24 小时供电,不能作为不间断电源使用。
十九、
整个展期保证用电安全,如主场承建商发现其用电有安全隐患或超过实际申请用电量,
搭建商应立即采取措施并补订电箱,否则主场承建商有权对其展台断电。
二十、
施工单位不得动用展馆配电箱、水源、气源等固定设施。室外安装灯具、插座、配电盘
等应选用防雨型,室外用电设备应有可靠防雨措施。
二十一、 展览会开幕后,施工单位须留现场安全负责人及专职人员现场值班,发现问题及时处理。
二十二、 撤馆时,施工单位须将所有搭建材料全部撤出展馆并清运干净,严禁堆放在展位或展览
中心院内。
施工办公室保留对特殊情况实行特别限制的权利。施工办管理人员有权进入展台进行检查。
施工单位在进馆施工、撤馆以及运输过程中因违反上述规定,所造成的人员伤亡、火灾及场馆建筑
物设施损坏等一切安全责任事故,由施工单位负全部责任,并承担由此给中国国际展览中心集团公司造
成的所有的名誉及经济损失。

All Shell Schemes will be provided with a modular shell

3.2.4 Stand fitting Regulations
Exhibitors should arrange the booth and make sure their
activities will not affect visitors or other exhibitors.
The following rules must be observed when preparing a
stand presentation:

No additional stand fitting or display may be
attached to the shell stand structure i.e., no nailing,
drilling will be allowed.

No painting or wallpapering on the shell stand

Exhibitors who, because of operating exhibits, are likely
to have substantial quantities of waste materials for
removal, either during or at the end of each day, must
inform the Organizers in advance in order that the
necessary arrangements can be made for which they will
be charged.
Electricity Supply
Hall lighting will be provided by the Organizers. The
standard supply of electric current available for use on
stands at the exhibition are single phase alternating at 220
Volts 50Hz and three phase alternating at 380 Volts 50Hz
with fluctuation of 10m20k.
Exhibitors are requested to arrange with the Official
Forwarder for packing materials, empty cartons and
wooden crates to be removed for disposal before the
exhibition opens. Any charges incurred will be borne by
the exhibitor.
Supply to stand will normally be switched off at source
10 minutes after the exhibition closes on each day (5
minutes on the final day).But 24-hour supply can be
provided by prior arrangement with the power
administration office, any cost involved must be paid by
the exhibitor.
An exhibitor requiring electricity supply at times other
than those stated must make application to the Power
Administration Office on site 24 hours prior to the
closing hour of the exhibition. Such supply cannot be
arranged at a short notice.
3.2.6
Stand Cleaning
Electrical Installation
All electrical installations on stands must be carried out
by the Official Contractor and China International
Exhibition Center.
Exhibitors who require utilizing their own electrical
fittings (power outlets, fluorescent lights, spotlights, etc.)
owing to functional or aesthetic reasons will also be
charged according to prices indicated on the price list.
Installation must be carried out by the Official
Contractor.
NO flashlights or signs are permitted.
NO electrical installation is allowed to be suspended
from the roof of the exhibition premises or fixed to any
part of the building structure. No fitting may project
beyond the boundaries of the site allocated.
The Organizers reserve the right to disconnect the
electricity supply to any installation which, in the opinion
of the electrical consultant, if it is in danger or likely to

4.3 Deadlines and Collection Period
To ensure timely delivery of exhibits, it is of utmost
importance that documents and exhibits are received by
the following deadlines. In case of any late arrival of
documents and exhibits, though best efforts will be made,
to speed up the delivery, no guarantee can be given.

4.4 Exhibition Documents
Souvenirs like clocks, watches and calculators are
taxable in China. A relevant import license is required by
the Customs as well, you are recommended not to send
them to the exhibition. Other gift items may also be
considered as taxable if their unit price is high or
quantity is large. Starting from 1998, all alcohol and
tobacco became taxable regardless of quantity, even if
they are intended for self-consumption during the
exhibition.
The Declaration Form for Temporary Import of Exhibits
(Form A) is the only legitimate document accepted by
Customs for clearance. You must submit this form to
Oriental-K-Trans without exception. Please use at least
one page for each package of your exhibit. Try to make
your declaration as detailed as possible, all items
including catalogs, display materials, gifts must have
exact quantity and bear a value. You will be fined if you
put other things inside your case other than what you
have declared.
When Taiwan or HongKong is to be mentioned on your
catalogues or advertising materials, please avoid using
any expression which may cause the Customs to
misinterpret that they are in a position of an independent
country.
Shipment consists of wood packing material (WPM)
should be treated with measures approved by the General
Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and
Quarantine of P. R. China (AQSIQ) and labeled with
IPPC mark on two opposite sides of the wooden packing
materials by manufactures certified by the plant
quarantine authorities of exporting countries or regions.
China Inspection and Quarantine (CIQ) authorities will
inspect the WPM at the port of entry, any non-compliant
WPM will be treated, destroyed or returned with the
consignments together under supervision of CIQ.
Original Fumigation Certificate is strictly required. If
there is no wooden packing on the shipment,
exhibitor/shipper
should
issue
an
original
DECLARATION OF NON – WOOD PACKING
MATERIAL.
4.6 Hand-carried Exhibits
If you decide to hand-carry your exhibits to the show ,
please be prepared that your exhibits may be detained by
the Customs at the airport .Should this happens ,please
follow the below procedures in order us to assist you to
clear your exhibits in a proper way:
Customs will issue a detention receipt to you after they
detain your exhibits. Please handover this detention
receipt together with your passport to our on-site
representative as soon as possible. We will then arrange
Customs formalities and pick up your exhibits from the
airport.

4.10 Customs Clearance in China
The exhibition center is regarded as a Customs-bonded
area. As the Official Freight Forwarder for the exhibition,
we are responsible to the Customs for clearance of all the
materials coming in and going out of the exhibition
center. Thus you should not allow your exhibits to be
taken away from the show site without prior arrangement
with Customs through Oriental K-Trans Int’l logistics
(Beijing) Co., Ltd.
4.7 Heavy and Oversize Exhibits
If you have heavy and oversize exhibits, you must be
on-site early to direct the operation of uncrating and
positioning. If a crane or forklift is required for
installation of equipment, please send your requirements
to us as early as possible so that we can arrange
contractingsuch equipment in advance. A quote will be
given after receiving your inquiry.
4.11 Uncrating and Recrating of Exhibits
4.8 Packing Specifications
Oriental K-Trans Int’l logistics (Beijing) Co., Ltd. will
provide labor and equipment to assist you in uncrating
and positioning of exhibits. You must be onsite and
available during move-in to supervise and be responsible
for these operations since they will be performed at your
own risk. In some circumstances, however, the Customs
at the ports or fairsite may inspect cases without you
being present.
Please note that as the exhibits are repeatedly loaded and
unloaded, they must be professionally packed to suit long
distance transportation. Measures must be taken to
protect the exhibits against damage and adverse weather
conditions. We suggest that all exhibits should be
securely packed in sturdy waterproof crates suitable for
return shipments after the exhibition. Cartonsare not
recommended, especially for valuable and fragile items.
Oriental K-Trans Int’l logistics (Beijing) Co., Ltd. cannot
be responsible for the consequences associated with
improper packing.Exhibits exceeding the following
limitations may cause difficulty in transportation, please
consult us before shipping:
During the exhibition closing, you should also supervise
the dismantling and recrating of your exhibits. We
suggest you to prepare fresh packing materials for your
return exhibits because these materials are not available
in China.

4.13 Closing of Exhibition

During the show, our on-site staff will distribute the

All exhibits which have not been sold, transferred to
bonded warehouse, consumed, given away or abandoned
must be returned overseas after closing of the exhibition.
Customs formalities for returned exhibits take time, you
must not expect your exhibits to be returned soon after
the show finished.
All return shipments, will only be arranged when all
payments are received by us.

5.6 Remarks
1. If shipments are under HAWB or HOBL and consignee of MAWB are not Daysun Express (Beijing) Ltd/
C/O:Oriental K-Trans Int’l Logistics (Beijing) Co., Ltd., the extra cost/freight forwarder’
s warehouse will be
debited to the exhibitor’
s account.
2. For Cargo arriving beyond deadlines, a surcharge amounting to 30% of inbound movement charges and on-site
service charges will be levied. If cargo arrives after exhibition opening, 50% surcharges will be added to respective
handling charges.
3. All inbound shipment (sea or air freight) must be consigned as per our consignment instruction and on Freight
Prepaid basis, otherwise we shall levy 5% commission on freight which we pay on your behalf to the local carrier.
4. Above rates apply for normal working day from Monday to Friday 08:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon; 13:30 to 17:00 p.m.,
an 80% surcharge will be added for working on Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays in China.
5. The 80% surcharge, on top of the official tariff, for handling of dangerous cargo, will be charged to the exhibitor’

account if applicable.
6. Return exhibits can only be shipped out after the completion of Customs clearance, which normally takes 8
working days, counting from the first working day after the move-out operation is done, to finish. Should the
exhibitor ask for priority or express services to accommodate its needs, 30% additional charge on top of the official
tariff will be required to cover the extra effort spent, and the final decision is subject to the Customs’approval.
7. Oriental K-Trans Int’l Logistics (Beijing) Co., Ltd. does not take any responsibility for
a. Exhibits not permitted by the organizers or China Customs to be sold or displayed at fair site.
b. Any tax/duty for sold exhibits or give away items.
5.7 CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
All business undertaken, including any advice, information or service provided whether gratuitously or not by
ORIENTAL K-TRANS INT’L LOGISTICS (BEIJING) CO., LTD. (hereinafter called “the Company”) is transacted to
the Conditions hereinafter set out and each condition shall deemed to be incorporated in and to be a Condition of any
agreement between the Company and its Customers. No agent or employee of the Company has the Company’
s
authority to after or vary these Conditions.
Customers entering into transactions of any kind with the Company warrant that they are the owners or the authorized
agents of the owners of any goods to which the transaction relates and further warrant that they are authorized to accept
these conditions not only themselves but also as agents for and on behalf of all other persons who are or may thereafter
become interested in the goods.
The Company may sub-contract all or any part of the services except insofar as the Customer otherwise instructs the
Company in writing. The company contracts for itself and as agent of and trustee for its employees and sub-contractors
and their employees and any reference in these Conditions to “the Company”shall be deemed to include every such
employee and sub-contractor.
Subject to express instructions in writing given by the Customer, the Company reserves itself absolute discretion as to
the means, route and procedure to be followed in the handling, storage, and transportation of goods. Further, if in the
opinion of the Company it is at any stage necessary or desirable in the Customer’
s interests to depart from those
instructions, the Company shall be at liberty to do so.
Pending forwarding or delivery, goods may be warehoused or otherwise held at any places at the sole discretion of the
Company and the costs thereof shall be for the account of the Customer.

No insurance will be effected except on instructions given by the Customer and all insurances effected by the Company
are subject to the usual exceptions and conditions of the policies of insurance company or underwriters taking the risk.
The Company shall only be responsible for any loss of or damage to goods or for any non delivery or miss-delivery if it
is proved that the loss, damage, non-delivery or miss-delivery occurred whilst the goods were in the actual custody of
the Company and under its actual control and that such loss damage non-delivery or miss-delivery was due to the
willful neglect or default of the Company or its own employees.
The Company shall only be liable for any non-compliance or mis-compliance with instructions given to if it is proved
that the same was caused by the willful neglect or default of the Company or its own employee.
The Company shall not in any event be liable for any direct or indirect consequential loss howsoever, whensoever and
wheresoever arising and whether or not attributable to the negligent act or default of the Company.
In no case whatsoever shall any liability of the Company howsoever arising and not withstanding any lack of
explanation exceed the value of the relevant goods or a sum at the rate of USD$500 per 1000 kilos on the gross weight
of the goods whichever is the less.
In any event the Company shall be discharged from all liability for loss, damage or mis-delivery unless notice be
received in writing within fourteen days after the end of the transit.
All agreement between the Company and its Customers shall be governed by the laws of the People’
s Republic of
China.
All disputes in connection with all agreement between the Company and its Customers or the execution thereof shall be
settled through friendly negotiation. In case no settlement can be reached through negotiation, the case should be
submitted for arbitration to the Foreign Trade Arbitration Commission of the China Council for the Promotion of
International Trade, in accordance with the “Provisional Rules of Procedure of the Foreign Trade Arbitration
Commission of the Council for the promotion of International Trade”. The arbitration shall take place in Beijing and the
decision rendered by the said Commission shall be final and binding upon both parties; neither party shall seek recourse
to a law court or authorities for revising the decision. The arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing part.
Final power of interpretation to these Conditions shall belong to ORIENTAL K-TRANS INT’L LOGISTICS (BEIJING)
CO., LTD.
The use of Client’s own documents is no derogation of these Conditions.

State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television (SAPPRFT)to outline its policies and

The CCBN Proceedings, featuring leading new technologies, products and ideas, are annually edited and published by the CCBN
Organizing Committee. Each delegate and exhibitor will receive one free copy of the proceedings during CCBN every year.
In 2016, a brand new version of the CCBN Proceedings has been launched to showcase the most advanced technologies, products and ideas
in China’s broadcasting industry. The CCBN2016 Proceedings will become the most important printed publication during CCBN-BDF
2016. Twenty thousand copies will be printed and delivered free of charge to VIPs from government bodies, research institutes, regional
and local Radio & TV broadcasters, TV networks, etc.
Note:
1. All papers submitted should be submitted in Chinese, with about 5,000-8000 Chinese characters. Full author information (including
name, title and company name), an executive summary and key words and a list of references should be submitted together with the
paper.
2. All papers should be submitted in the standard MS Word format, and sent via E-mail to [email protected] March 4, 2016.
3. We invite staff from all different levels of radio & TV stations, bureaus, cable operators, universities, and other research institutes to
submit papers. After careful reading and selection, the best papers will be included in the proceedings.
4. Each CCBN-BDF sponsor can publish one paper free of charge; CCBN exhibitors who are not CCBN-BDF sponsors may publish one
paper for 3,000 RMB Yuan. Those who are neither CCBN exhibitors nor CCBN-BDF sponsors may publish a paper for 6,000 RMB
Yuan.
5. We welcome all relevant companies or institutes to submit contributions for consideration. Papers which meet the criteria will be
included on the basis of a completed payment.
