Upgraded iMIS servers to improve speed and reliability Modified and improved data back-up procedures Purchased and installed 15 new computers - upgraded all users to Windows 7 and Office 2007 Improved the process to archive and access more than a decade of press releases Short-term WINS since November (cont.) Initiated a major zip code alignment project for the first time in more than ½ a decade Worked closely with finance to standardize the processes and timing of the month-end close Caught up on processing of chapter and state payments that had been derailed in May 2012 Short-term WINS since November (cont.)
