Dear Friends!
I
I was told as a boy that time moves faster the older you get, they
weren’t kidding. Has it really be a year since Bushy Park Farm brought
their best to Marietta? Well it sure has been and I’ll tell you something, we’re ready to come back…. Bring on that
gorgeous sunshine, the green grass, that warm spring wind that blows up from Texas. For those of us who have spent
the last six months of the arctic tundra of the north we are ready for a little “Red Dirt” experience.
As the Marketing Agent for Bushy Park Farm I must confess that the Girls of Summer is my favorite event we host, not
because of the weather and southern hospitality we receive. It is because of the opportunity we provide for both our
long time and new customers in Oklahoma, Texas and surrounding areas. This sale is not a recorded setting event, when
you come, your going to see a great set of cattle that sell for fair and honest prices, most under the $7,000 mark. I
would bet over half the offering will fetch $2,500 to $5000. While as sellers we always want them to sell well, however
we love the fact we sell so many of these cattle to 4-H and FFA families in the area. Bushy Park Farm owner, Steve

Robinson grew up in Oklahoma, active in the FFA program and offering top show heifer prospects to the youth was
something he felt was missing when he grew up. All of us with Bushy Park Farm take great pride in this sale because
our families like yours grew up in the junior show programs.
Thank you for taking time to view the offering, you will find the quality is excellent and we, as always concentrated on
bringing quality not quantity to Oklahoma. You will find there is something for everyone; High Percent Maine-Anjou,
MaineTainers, Chi, Angus, Hereford, Simmental and an excellent set of Commercial females. These are the kind of
females that can run at the toughest shows in the country and make great cows when their show career is over.
We look forward to seeing you sale day. Please feel free to contact me with any questions about the offering or help in
any way. If you cannot make it please feel free to allow me or any of the crew to assist you in sight-unseen selections

We lead this powerful offering with a daughter of the Destiny
92T donor. Destiny in her first year of production at BPF had two ET calves. The first was one of the most
talked about females raised at BPF and went onto be the high seller in our fall production sale at 80,000
and is being campaigned by the Chamberlain family in Indiana. She was Reserve Calf Champion Heifer,
2014 NWSS and Reserve Champion Maine Heifer, 2013 Hoosier Beef Congress. Her second, a bull calf from
this matting was purchased by Lautner Farms, which they call Total Perfection and they might not be far
off. This Monopoly daughter combines the best pieces of her two spring born siblings. She is a big time show
heifer and genetically will be a solid donor prospect. 92T’s full sister in her first year produced, the Grand
Champion Steer, 2013 Ohio State Fair. • Retaining ½ embryo interest

her to our program. To find one with the moderation and depth this one has in a 3/4 blood package is very rare. We flushed her to Monopoly once in the fall of 2012 and got the two heifers in this sale and
four steers. Nick Reimann selected two of the steers, Shannon Voegele selected one steer, and Brian Crowe selected one steer. This flush of of 6 head of cattle will averaged over $7000 dollars. More importantly
three of the sharpest young cattlemen bought and appreciated those steers. That’s when you really know a mating works. The second flush we did 725T to is I-80. And, I-80 is taking the nation by storm. That
mating on this powerful whiskey daughter could knock one out of the park. You can’t choose wrong with either of these embryo lots.
