REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Participation in the Downtown Burbank Car Classic is limited, and cars will be registered on a pre-approved basis. Entry fee is
non-refundable and includes vehicle exhibit space, event t-shirt and product gift bag. All spaces will be assigned by the event
staff and event will be held rain or shine.
All cars must be pre-registered with this application (one per car) by or before July 18, 2016.
• Positions are determined as entries are received. If you'd like to be placed near others
in your car club, please submit your applications in one envelope
• Late entries may not be eligible for judging, but may be exhibited if space permits
Photographs and payment must accompany each entry
• All entrants will be notified of their application status within two weeks of receipt
(accepted/denied/pending)
• The Committee will have the final decision on car locations
• Entrants agree to remain in the show until closure at 9pm, no exceptions
• Show area opens at 1pm and all cars must be in place by 2pm
• No “For Sale” signs are allowed
• Cars ineligible for entry will be denied entry
• Pop-ups, tents and pets are not permitted
• Downtown Burbank is smoke free – no smoking is allowed
• The Committee reserves the right to accept or deny any entry

TERMS, CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS
In consideration for inclusion as a participant in the Downtown Burbank Car Classic (“Car Show”), the undersigned (“participant”) agrees to, and shall indemnify, hold harmless,
defend, release and forever discharge Downtown Burbank Partnership, Downtown Burbank shops, restaurants and business, the City of Burbank and their officers, directors, agents,
employees, volunteers, and any person under their direction, supervision, or control from and against all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, costs and
attorney’s fees arising out of or relating to participant’s involvement in the Car Show, including but not limited to all injuries, losses and damages sustained or incurred by participants
or participant’s guests, including family and relatives, while attending or participating in the Car Show.
As vehicle owner and / or owner’s representative, participant warrants that automotive liability, comprehensive and property insurance is in full force. The Participant understands
that Participant’s vehicle insurance will be solely responsible for any property damage or liability claims that may occur to such vehicle or personal property at the Car Show.
Participant gives permission to The Downtown Burbank Partnership to use any photographs submitted with this application form as well as of photos taken at the event and
information on entrant’s automobile(s) for use in publicity collateral materials to promote the event directly or indirectly.
This certifies that the undersigned has read the Registration Information under which this said event will be conducted and agrees to abide.
