OFF-COURSE ITINERARY
After 500m on the procession parade
itinerary, the exit point to the off-course
itinerary (the intersection of rue AlsaceLorraine and boulevard du Général
de Gaulle) will be signposted by the Tour
de France organisation. Vehicles that
aren’t accredited for the race itinerary
have to take the boulevard du Général
de Gaulle, rue du 8 Mai 1945, rue des
Résistants and then the D939 to join
the A64 (junction 16) in the direction of
Toulouse. They will bypass Toulouse to
the south on the A620 and at junction
19 will take the A61 towards Montpellier.
They will leave this and take the A66
towards Foix, then the N20 in the
direction of Tarascon-sur-Ariège, where
they will rejoin the race route. The entry
point (roundabout of the N20 and D8) is
located on the way out of Tarascon-surAriège, 25.5km from the finish.
