Prices exclude 27% VAT, we add 12% service charge to your final food & beverages bill.
The order of the event would be confirmed after received an order in writing and we
require 50 pc. payment in advance in case of the order is higher than 200 000 HUF, in
case there is not any agreement. The rest of the amount of the invoice should be paid
8 working days after received the invoice by post. In case of late payment – without any
other agreement – we charge late interest, the duplex of the basic interest.
For orders of less than 25 000 HUF we can only accept payment by cash or credit/debit
card.
Your order can be cancelled 30 days before the event without any cancellation fee,
after this deadline, we will charge cancellation fee as in the followings:
Our offers are valid above min. of 10 guests in the Gerbeaud Café, in case of order one
menu per group. If the number of guest is less than 10 persons the prices could be
changed!
On the basis of a separate agreement and fee, food and drink for contributors, artists,
event planners, guides, and subcontractors who accompany the group will be provided.
We could hold your reservation for 30 minutes from the ordered time. In case the
group will be late more than 30 minutes, we kindly ask you to call (+361)-429-9021
numbers, otherwise we could sell the tables.
The procurer and organizer of the event has full responsibility on conservation the
good condition of the venue and the used appliances of the Gerbeaud Gasztronómia
Ltd. The rooms and the appliances should be given back in the same conditions as
they were on the review before the event.
We book our salons for the groups for 1 hour long for a coffee time. If you like to stay
longer, we could count with rental fee, in case there is not any agreement.
We kindly ask you to choose your menu at least 14 days before the date of your event.
Please indicate the final guests’ number 48 hours (2 working days) before the event.
Our bill is based on this final guests’ number given. The number of guests can be
modified with maximum of 10 percent within the last 2-7 days before the event. If the
number of guests should increase by more than 10% within 2-7 days of the event, we
will charge a 30% food and drink supplement on the increase over 10%.

cancelling the event in 2 working days before the event or miss to cancel the event,
we would charge the whole amount of the order as a cancelling fee.
The Gerbeaud Gasztronómia Ltd. decline responsibility to the losses of procurer
in case these are out of the accountability of the company. Such as strikes,
demonstrations, travelling or logistical difficulties, short circuits, etc.
A pre-arranged permit is required in order to approach, make deliveries to, or park in
the area around Gerbeaud House. These permits may be obtained from the Budapest
Transportation Center (Budapesti Közlekedési Központ: tel.: 06 -1-235-3000; http://
www.bkk.hu/teherforgalom; http://tobi.bkk.hu/ ).
By placing an order in writing, it shall be assumed that the organizer of the event
accepts the above offer and agrees to the contract terms and conditions.
